  • Superb freshly renovated villa, 5 bedrooms for 10 people, 3 shower rooms, a bathroom, 4 toilets, large dining room, open kitchen, in the Algarvian countryside, unobstructed sea and countryside views, absolute calm, all comforts, air-conditioned, internet (fiber) smart TV, summer kitchen, games room, jacuzzi, central shutter locking, equipped kitchen, extra beds, baby bit, baby chair.

    Very quiet location, nature and sea. Naturally heated infinity pool (solar, plus polyuretane shutter), numerous terraces, 3500m2 of land, bowling green, faré, barbecue..... Enclosed plot with trees, secure access, alarm.

    Close to the beaches, 15 minutes walk, 4 minutes by car. Many walks in the countryside and by the sea from the house.
    - proximity to the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve, praia marinha, benagil, carvoeiro... and the famous cliffs and caves
    - 40 minutes from Faro, 2 hours from Lisbon, 2 hours 30 minutes from Seville.
    - Numerous day trips, Monchique, Sagrès, Lagoa, Tavira, Alvor, Portimao.....

Beautiful property in a wonderful location with an amazing pool and beautiful views. Games room was a bit musty and airless and remember to bring your beach towels.

This is a spectacular property. The owner clearly has good taste. My family of 10 stayed here for 4 days and could have easily stayed longer

Beautiful location with a view of the sea. All appliances worked and the pool was clean and warm. You do need a car to get around for the beaches/groceries etc. Also be aware that there are only two towels provided, per person, so bring beach/pool towels. The place would be perfect if it had more towels. They had pool and beach toys and beach umbrellas which were much appreciated. Highly recommend for families for exploring the Algarve region.

A fantastic property on a beautiful part of the coast. Everything we wanted and more. The villa was clean and spacious with a large fridge and well stocked kitchen. The outside area was incredible, a perfect spot to enjoy the pool, have dinner or just enjoy the view.When we arrived the key to the pool cover had been moved, I contacted the host who responded immediately, the problem was resolved quickly by Laurent who was officiant and friendly.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel dans cette villa. Tout était parfait du début à la fin ! La villa est magnifique, très propre, spacieuse et parfaitement équipée. La décoration est soignée, les chambres sont confortables et les espaces extérieurs sont tout simplement superbes.L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité des commerces, des plages et des principaux lieux à visiter, tout en restant très calme pour se détendre. La piscine est un véritable plus et a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.Les hôtes ont été d'une grande gentillesse, très réactifs et toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos questions ou nous donner de bons conseils sur la région.Nous recommandons cette villa les yeux fermés et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour au Portugal. Merci encore pour ces vacances inoubliables !

We stayed for a week with friends and family.....was all great! Spacious, clean, beautiful pool and hot tub....well equipped kitchen!

Beautiful house!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Albandeira. The house, swimming pool and garden are beautiful and comfortable. It’s well located near some of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever been to. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette sublime maison propre, calme et très bien située. Elle est facilement accessible, parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, et décorée avec goût. Le propriétaire a été à l’écoute, disponible et très réactif, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Une très belle adresse où je reviendrai sans hésiter. Je recommande vivement !

Magnifique Villa !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Laurent est un hôte charmant et très réactif. Nous y reviendrons volontiers à la belle saison afin de pouvoir profiter pleinement de l’extérieur et ses équipements (les soirées étant encore trop fraîches en février)

Lovely house with a great view

We especially enjoyed the walks to the beautiful beaches and coastline, and the lovely views. The house was well equipped, though there were some issues with electricity which the owner informed us about before we arrived and hopefully the Electricity company will fix in the near future.

The host was very good communicating any concerns we had. Beautiful home, the infinity pool and view was unbelievable. All the bedrooms bathrooms and linen were clean and very good condition. . There were a couple of pool chiares that were broken. . The hot tub was very dirty from previous guest but the host had someone in to clean it. The washing machine was quite dirty and mould, which was surprising as we arrived as cleaning staff were leaving. The a/c on the second floor bedroom was spotty. It was really nice having 4 bathrooms and five bedrooms. Note the bedroom downstairs is accessed through the outside. Also beware that the last road leading to the home is a rough dirt road. The entrance to the property from the gate was tricky as we had an 8 passenger van.

Wir waren mit 5 Paaren in der Casa Albandeira und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Alles war wie beschrieben. Die Ausstattung des Hauses, der Pool, der Garten - es fehlte an nichts. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Lovely stay

The Villa appears to have been recently refurbished and so has lovely swimming pool, garden and patio area. We loved the place and would love to return. We had an unfortunate issue with the Villa being double booked for the first night (a calendar mistake by the owner) but the owner was very quick to resolve it and very apologetic. The rest of the stay went very well. Thanks

A fabulous week!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Albandeira! The villa itself is lovely and very well equipped! We were very happy to arrive to a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge! The view of the sea from the pool was a lovely scene to wake up to every morning. Lots of lovely beaches a short drive away and we even walked to one which only took about 20 minutes. Spent a few days/nights in Carvoeiro which was a lovely town with a nice beach and restaurants. Supermarkets about 10 mins away by car with everything you could need. Thank you for a great stay and we hope to visit again one day.

Beautiful place for a family vacation

We loved this place, beautiful views and lots of space for our family of 6. The pool was warm thanks to the pool cover. Easy access to area's attractions. Cons: The access road has deep potholes that could damage your car if you are not careful. The sizes of beds are not American size KING. The jacuzzi is not included in the cost.

Relaxing and beautiful surroundings

We really enjoyed our stay at casa Albandeira, communication with the owner and agent was very good. Location was beautiful, walk to the coast takes a good 20mins once you know the route. Road up to the villa is quite bumpy as we had a lot of rainfall whilst staying. Plenty of inside and outside space to relax and unwind. We did have an issue with the power to the property which is an ongoing issue but I am Sure will be resolved soon! Thank you Laurent.

Wonderful Stay in the Algarve

Wonderful home located close to the towns of Carvoeiro and Armação de Pêra, as well as numerous beaches easily accessible. The home is in a very private area with beautiful south views. The pool was perfect for our children - shallow areas to play and space to swim - and the property grounds are plentiful for outside gatherings, or just enjoying the day/evening views. The house has all necessary amenities for an extended stay and close to supermarkets, family playgrounds like Slide and Splash, and ports for boat tours of the coastline. We also ordered food delivery one night without any issues. In addition to a lovely stay, the owner was very hospitable, quick to communicate with, and made our family´s stay as easy as possible.

Beautiful, isolated villa.

Great home situated just a few miles outside Carvoeiro with stunning uninterrupted views toward the ocean. The villa and pool are superb & finished to a high standard & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great bbq area and outdoor dining space which we used each day for all our meals. However the fifth “garden” bedroom is actually below the house & contains no air con, there were also no shelves, wardrobes or even hangers in the room with just the floor to unpack on, not ideal for a two week break. The games room was locked and only accessible via the local agent, this contained the table tennis etc but this was sorted promptly.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Sehr schönes Haus mit wunderschöner Außenanlagen , weniger gut, ein Schlafzimmer ist außerhalb der Villa, neben der Waschküche. Der Hausverwalter war sehr wohlwollend, wir durften bis 14:30h auschecken. Leider hatten wir häufig Stromausfall,, entsprechend fiel der Whirpool auch aus, Die Reinigung der Liegestühle und Whirpool ließ sich zu wünschen übrig.Der Außenpool war sehr sauber und 2x wöchentlich gereinigt👍Wäscheständer war kaputt und es gab keinen Wäschertrockner

Lots of Fun

Great for outdoor entertaining and BBQ poolside Power tripped as warned by the owner but easily restored Wifi was good Pool was warm and really nice with elec cover Shame there is not a guest toilet and also two of the bedrooms not being ensuite made it trickier The basement 5th room was really nice, if it had aircon installed would have made a really nice den but without it unfortunately became not habitable with mosquitos Kitchen was well equipped The road to the villa was quite rough and dirt track with big pot holes in places, so drive carefully with hire cars Supermarket a few miles away in Porsches and restaurants we would drive to nearby villages Overall an EXCELLENT stay. A few minor negatives being overwhelmed by many POSITIVES We enjoyed it very much, thanks
