This holiday home "Os Amantes" is located in the quiet Quinta Paraiso Country Club, about 10 minutes walk from the beautiful town of Carvoeiro, with excellent beach and excellent infrastructure. The house in the typical Portuguese villa style has been recently renovated. The private pool and the pool terrace are new. The pool has a heater and a counter current system. The house has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. In addition, up to 2 people can sleep in the living room on a pull-out sofa. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes and are comfortably furnished. The bathroom has typical Portuguese tiles, 2 marble sinks, toilet, bidet and a tub shower. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a beautiful fireplace with insert that can heat the house on chilly days. A satellite flatscreen TV has a number of international channels. Additionally there is a dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and a gas stove. In summer, air conditioning can be used for a fee. From the living room sliding glass doors lead to the terrace with seating for 12 people, ideal for having breakfast or relaxing dinner while enjoying the sunset. On the terrace there is a brick barbecue with a fireplace. A closed parking is available. From the rooftop terrace you have a fantastic view of the palm-fringed valley and the blue Atlantic Ocean. Around the town of Carvoeiro there are the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve, with light fine sand, high cliffs and turquoise blue sea. A supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance.
