Holiday apartment ideal for a couple with private Swimming pool

Holiday apartment ( separate entrance ) ideal for a couple or (2 Adults + 1 child) on the first ( upper ) floor of a private villa with private pool. Centrally located for sightseeing and excursions along the picturesque Algarve coast. The villa, Casa Felicitas is built in a plot of 2000 sqm located in an exclusive villa complex ( Quinta dos Salicos ), away from thoroughfare and tourist hustle and bustle, yet conveniently located to several beaches and shopping possibilities. Tourist life like restaurants, bars etc are also just easy to reach.

The totally independent apartment which occupy the whole first floor consists of;

LIVING ROOM with satellite TV ( with German, English, Spanish, French, and more language channels ), a comfortable couch ( can use as sofa bed if needed )

BEDROOM furnish with a king bed with comfortable and thick mattress, commode with mirror and hair dryer etc.

Completely equipped Kitchenette with microwave, hob extractor, fridge with small freezer compartment. Kettle or water cooker, toaster, coffee maker etc.
Good supply of glassware, cutlery, china, cookware, tupperware etc.

One of the highlight of the apartment is the large 40 sqm. balcony with sun beds, sun umbrella etc. with magnificent panoramic view to enjoy. Ideal for sunbathing while you are reading or just for lazy relaxing mood. The balcony has a direct access going down to the 5M X 10M swimming pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday apartment. The apartment itself was clean, functional and had everything we needed for a comfortable break. The pool was absolutely lovely – always well maintained and spotless, which made it a real highlight of our stay.What really stood out, though, were the owners. Fred and Felicitas were so friendly and hospitable, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. It was a real pleasure to meet them, and their warmth and care added an extra special touch to our holiday.We would happily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Felicitas und Fred sind super. Man hat das Gefühl man ist alleine da, manchmal haben wir uns gefragt ob die beiden überhaupt da sind. Wenn man irgendetwas brauchte, waren beide sofort da und hatten auch immer einen Tipp für uns. Pool und die Wohnung waren super sauber. Lovely peaceful, relaxing holiday

We had a very relaxing 11 day stay. The apartment was exactly how it was advertised, with the beautiful sunset being spectacular every evening. Full use of the beautiful swimming pool, and the hosts Fred and Felicitas were very friendly and helpful but were not at all intrusive. A car is definitely required but it does not take long to get to the lovely beaches and restaurants around. Thank you both for a wonderful stay at your lively home.

Bienvenue en Algarve / super sejour

Nous avons passé 3 semaines fabuleuses. Le logement est très bien pour un couple, très propre, terrasse très appréciable pour contempler les couchers de soleil. Amazing casa Felicitas !

We had a wonderful stay at the fantastic casa Felicitas. Our hosts are the nicest people , very helpful when we checked in & checked out . The apartment has all the amenities you will ever need , it was clean , big bedroom with a nice bed and a fantastic outdoors area. The pool is excellent and the location in this area could not be better , close to many beaches and good restaurants. I can highly recommended it and look forward to return to casa Felicitas !

Das ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung im ersten Stock mit 2 Zimmern, die liebevoll eingerichtet sind, dazu Bad und Küche mit Bestausstattung.Es gibt eine große Terrasse mit Liegen und Schirm, sehr sonnig, und das Schwimmbad steht nur dem Mieter zur Verfügung. Die Gastgeber Felicitas und Fred sind hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar, sie wohnen im Parterre. Mit dem Auto ist die ganze Algarve problemlos zu erreichen, in jede Richtung nicht mehr als eine Stunde.

Great week at Casa Felicitas

Fabulous stay in a small apartment with comfortable and huge terrace to have meals and relax, ideal for 2 people. Absolute calm with lovely birds songs and a great view. Location was perfect to visit the best sites of Algarve. Our hosts were very nice and helpful. We strongly recommand!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Felicitas und Fred. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und war tiptop sauber. Disappointing Carvoerio

Nice villa especially the pool, despite there being million pound villas around the area it lacked near by shops and decent restaurants to walk too. There was also dogs barking threw out the night, which i know can not be helped, but is annoying. Carvoeiro town was disappointing and looked tired, we even experienced drug dealers approaching us more than once when we sat outside a bar. This prevented us going out in the evenings because taxi far was very expensive and decent places where to far away. Thank god we hired a car and could travel outside the town and visit neighbouring pretty towns. I would also like to mention not to stereo type the English of just eating 'fry ups' which had been mentioned in a conversation.

Erholsamer Urlaub an der Algarve

Mein Mann und ich haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in der Casa Felicitas verbracht. Wir wurden trotz Verspätung spätabends sehr herzlich von Fred und Felicitas empfangen. Die Wohnung entspricht in allen Belangen der Beschreibung und war sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Am besten haben uns die Terrasse mit ihrem wunderbaren Ausblick bei Sonnenuntergang und der Pool gefallen, den wir für uns allein nutzen durften. Das Haus liegt in einer schönen, ruhigen Anlage, die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Algarve sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an Felicitas und Fred für ihre Gastfreundschaft.

A beautiful holiday!

We had a fantastic time! Felicitas and Fred graciously welcomed us to their beautiful, well-appointed one bedroom apartment in a gorgeous area of Carvoeiro. The apartment is minutes from beaches, groceries, other towns, restaurants, wineries. And the pool was just the icing on the top of the vacation sundae. But there was more: The spectacular view of the sunset from our private terrace. We timed our days so that we could always be there with a glass of wine as the sun went down. We highly recommend Casa Felicitas! Fred and Felicitas were friendly and made us feel welcome and at home. We would definitely recommend this property.

Traumhafte, saubere Unterkunft in wunderschöner Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Fred und Felicitas sind außerordentlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die jederzeit auf Wünsche eingehen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool stand uns alleine zur Verfügung. Auf der großen Terrasse hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick über viele Villen und die schöne Natur. Da wir täglich an der frequentierten Algarve gewandert sind haben wir abends die Ruhe auf der Terrasse bei leichter Brise bis zum herrlichen Sonnenuntergang genossen. Vielen Dank Fred und Felcicitas für den schönen Aufenthalt!

A little bit of heaven

Our accommodation met all our needs and the view we had was stunning, esp sunsets Out host could not have been kinder or any more helpful. There was ample parking for our rented vehicle. We did not use the pool as was in March and not heated. Highly recommended. Lovely people.
