"Warm and friendly hotel. Wonderful staff, beautiful interior with lots of lighting and candles at night. Very warm and cozy. Rooms are the same with very comfortable beds and lovely bathroom amenities. They also have a happy hour in the evening, which is nice. The only downside is that it is in a rather ugly industrial building, but it turns out that many of the buildings in the city look just like it. Ugly on the outside but Beautiful inside. "Excellent modern hotel that was very clean. I had a 5th floor room which was very quiet. Staff was very friendly and helped me book bus transport to the airport. The restaurant and bakery were very good. It was very convenient....just a 5-10 minute walk to the main shopping district, and it was right across the street from Bus Stop 4, a pick up spot for the airport and tour buses. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was lovely and central to the city. Most areas were in walking distance from the hotel. I would definitely stay there again. My only gripe was that the kitchenette was damaged with the fridge tilting backwards and was a little awkward to open without it tilting forward. Clearly the cabinet base needed repairing room 104. "We stayed 3 nights as a family of four with two young kids and loved it. Spacious, clean apartment with a handy kitchenette and shared laundry. Free parking was a huge plus — no downtown parking hassle — and it’s just a 10‑minute drive to the city. Grocery store right across the street made meals easy. "When we first got to the property, we weren’t too sure It’s very old, but it was clean. It appears to be in the old area of Iceland, where there’s a few hostiles. But at the end, we stayed in apartment, 102 which had a kitchenette, which was great because the price of food in Iceland is crazy expensive. It’s a self serve stay. Which we didn’t mind. It was walkable everywhere we needed to go. Love Iceland."
