"The property is beautiful. The pool area is large with shady and sunny areas. We brought extra chairs. The ballroom provided a cool area for setting up the cornhole game we brought. All ages enjoyed playing pool. Various games were available for both children and adults. We had no trouble finding things we enjoyed doing. There was no working ice maker on the property. "The apartment was immaculate and nicely furnished. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with some pretty walking areas. It is connected to a large home’s garage and shares the driveway/ parking areas. Family lives in adjoining house, so doesn’t feel totally private. There are steep stairs to climb up to the apartment so if that is an issue- good to know. I was expecting a keyless entry. There are 2 attached keys in 2 separate lockboxes requiring combo codes to access the keys. Not the easiest...

"Needed a place to stay for our daughter's graduation from Texas A&M Commerce. It was only 20 minutes away from the venue which was very convenient. The host responded promptly to our messages and left treats for the young adults to snack on, which was much appreciated. "We rented the property bc my daughter had rented a venue in the area for her wedding. The owner went above and beyond trying to help me find a place to store flowers for the wedding. The property was amazing with so many extras. The kids could relax on the lake, and the owners have thought of so many great details to make the stay more enjoyable. "Came to Greenville for grandchildren graduations. Do not get a hotel! Book the Hummingbird Hideaway. It was well equipped and met every need. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. It's located in a peaceful and safe setting. You will not be disappointed."

"We had a good stay! The pond and firepit in the morning was just a great place to start your day! The hot tub was relaxing to end your evening! We would definitely stay again!"
