Guests will have access to the entire home except for a locked closet.

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

AMENITY USAGE
>Guests will have access to community pools, fitness center, pickleball/tennis ball courts (first come first serve unless reserved for residents of RMV), and parks. Please be respectful of residents in the neighborhood.
Amenities are provided as a courtesy and may be subject to availability, maintenance, or community restrictions. Unavailability of amenities will not qualify for refunds or discounts.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay. While we understand that unexpected situations can arise—including severe weather, travel disruptions, illness, or other emergencies—our cancellation policy remains in effect. Travel insurance may help protect your trip investment if an unforeseen circumstance affects your ability to travel or complete your stay. Be sure to review your policy carefully to understand what is covered.
