"On arrival the front desk staff greeted warmly and very professionally. This is a complete departure from our last visit. Everything was very clean and well organized (and decorated for Halloween, so cute!). Our room was very clean as well. I like when I enter a hotel room and it smells fresh and of cleaning products. We had our doubts because it of how our previous stay went, but I’m glad we decided to give this place another shot. "

"Check-in staff at the reception was excellent but I got to my bathroom and there was no shower curtain for the bath tub. It was so uncomfortable taking showers because it did not look good with water splashing on the floor and making everywhere wet. "
