Save on Gas!!! Everything is walking distance. Deeded Beach Rights to private beach and only 4 houses from the water’s edge!!! (or take a short walk on the Boardwalk to the public beach. Walk to the M S Mt. Washington steamship for a dinner/dancing cruise. Take a Train ride to the beautiful town of Meredith. There is also a public boat ramp in Meredith and Laconia. Rent a boat or jet ski or bring your own boat or kayak. No boat dock on property. Walk to the arcades, browse the shops, walk to restaurants, lounges, enjoy dancing/cocktails. Romantic walks on the boardwalk. Children can enjoy the arcades, candy/ice cream/pizza shops, Drive-In Theater, Enjoy live band music and watch the fireworks right from your own deck, or see them from the Boardwalk! Enjoy an amazing view from the 16’ x 16’ deck overlooking the lake and mountains. Awake to an amazing sunrise overlooking Governor's Island, the lake and the mountains! Take a short drive to Fun Spot and the famous Kellerhaus where you can have breakfast, purchase home made chocolate, make your own sundae and purchase unique gifts. Bring your Kayak/canoe! Stayed at Linda’s rental with family for a few days in August. We all commented on how helpful and pleasant Linda was and we’d all go back. Exactly as described. Well kept and clean, great views and very close to local activities.

Excellent

Great rental. Very close to arcades, beach, boardwalk, boat rentals, and restaurants. Decent sized kitchen. Standing shower in the bathroom, two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs, all queen-sized. Nifty spiral staircase but watch your head. Comfy couches and nice TV but the real kicker is the deck overlooking the lake. Nice gas grill out there and exceptional views. The only downside is that the boardwalk can be a bit rowdy late at night, but it's Weirs Beach, so that is to be expected.

A+ Accommodations

The property owner and manger are awesome and truly do support their guests to have a fun safe stay. Location of the house and neighborhood is just as great as the people that live and stay there. I will be a repeat guest for life!

property is in a great location with a short walk to the marina, bars and restaurants. my only suggestion would be to have a "unit information card" to include information such as WiFi address and password, location of AC and Heat in the unit ect

Great place to stay

My friends and I stayed here for the second time recently and I can’t say enough good things! Clean place & great location. The host really goes out of her way to make sure your stay is the best possible. We will be back for sure & highly recommend to others!

Dirty

The hostess was lovely. The property was listed as smoke free and the hostess even messaged me asking if we had any smokers. However the apartment smelled like a dirty ashtray! The smell was horrible! There was popcorn on the floor and we didn’t even have any popcorn. I’ve never left a bad review but everything we brought back home with us needed to be washed from the cigarette smell so I feel I should alert others because it was listed as smoke free and it wasn’t. If you are a smoker then it would be ok. We are not, luckily the weather was ideal and we spent most of the time on the awesome deck! Parking was plentiful and appreciated and access to the water for kayaking was easy!

Perfect

Perfect location for our group of 8 adults, we could walk to everything. The listing is accurate, the outdoor deck overlooking the lake was perfect for coffee in the morning, and a night cap at the end of the day! We will definitely rent again next year!

Amazing place

This place was perfect! Walking distance to everything and a great view of the lake. The hosts were awesome! They really put an effort in to make sure we had a good time. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking!

Fun Location & Personable Host

This house is perfectly located 3 houses from a private deeded beach section on lake winnipasaukee. The host and her family were accommodating and promoted the lake life with a smile and a cheers! This house is perfectly located to all the fun on Weirs Beach Blvd.

Nice place with a beautiful view

This house was a perfect location for a two family meet up and getaway. The house has lots of kitchen supplies and seating space, an incredible view of the lake of the oversize deck, and a great location. We didn't drive anywhere, the Boardwalk, train depot, boat terminal, public beach, arcade... Were all just a few short blocks. The private beach is small, but was plenty large enough for our group. The neighbors are friendly and the host was very communicative. Note: bring your own towels and linens as there are none here! We had a great stay in a great house in a great location. The only negative I have to say is that previous renters smoked on the 3 season porch and downstairs neighbors smoked, so if you're sensitive to that be warned. I highly recommend for a family or friends getaway!

Great in-town location with lake view

This is a terrific property for being within walking distance of everything! It also has an amazing deck, with views of the lake. Linda clearly works hard to make it a nice clean, and comfy home away from home. (Don't forget to bring your own sheets and towels)

Location, location, location! Prime location to reach all that Weirs beach has to offer. The property offers the best sunrise views on Lake Winnepesaukee I have ever seen. Linda was a gracious host, thank you Linda!

Great place close to the Weirs boardwalk.

We had a great week staying at Linda's rental. There were eight of us in total (4 adults, 4 kids) so seating for all of us was a little tight at times. That said, it did not take away from the enjoyment of our week. Linda is a great hostess. After one of the kids incurred a minor injury (not at all related to the rental), she came by to check on him and bring a little "feel better" treat.

Quiet Getaway Beautiful location

This is a great house and the deck shows a beautiful view of Lake Winnipesaukee. The home has a wonderful open concept from the deck to porch to livingroom to kitchen. The beach is very close and the water is so clean. It was great to have enough bedrooms for my elderly parents, us and our single adult children. It was also a great launch point for day trips. Thankyou.

We loved it!

This place was exactly as listed. The property is located near a little private beach and right next to the boardwalk. The owner made check in easy and everything was great. We watched fireworks off the back porch on Saturday night. Highly recommend!
