"The location was beautiful, check-in process was simple, but the house needs some attention. I sent a list of things to the property manager who assured me those things would be addressed. Probably the most impactful to us was the lack of hot water all weekend, although i didnt mention anything until the last day because i didnt want to deal with someone in there repairing or replacing a water heater while we were staying there. Again, beautiful location and that deck is very nice. "

"This was the perfect house. Yeah the one tv had us kinda fighting over lol but Peoria definitely had us and the kids busy. They absolutely loved the surprise addition of the park which was actually not listed in the photos, so that was great. "

"We had a great stay at this property. Looked just like the pictures. Plenty of room to spread out. Clean and fresh. Would definitely stay again if we weren’t moving to Peoria already "

"The house was perfect! Had everything we needed to cook with, the beds were comfy, plenty of room for all 7 of us, and the views of the river and sunsets were amazing. Chris was the best host!! Responded instantly to all my questions and very accommodating to everything we needed! "

"Lots of good things about this property! It was clean, and had positives, like a stocked kitchen to cook, two bathrooms and the bed was SO COMFY! Downside -- clearly the people who stayed before us enjoyed some 18 activities, so the whole apartment smelled strongly of marijuana. The host tried to run an air purifying treatment but it still smelled pretty strongly. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay! "

"This house was the perfect location for our family to stay when we came back to town for a family funeral. The house was so cute and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit and nature around us as well. There were plenty of beds for everyone. I would highly recommend this property for a quiet getaway."

"Great views galore with sun and water. House was as advertised. We had 5 people in our group and was very comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. Very nice area and was peaceful. Stores and restaurants were close by. Definitely recommend staying here."

"We enjoyed the proximity to the coffee shops, the local shopping and restaurants! The place was very neat and tidy, although small it is very nicely decorated. I would recommend this house to others. The only thing I would say needed to be improved upon is the sheer curtain over the front door didn’t provide much privacy so we put a sheet over it"

"The apartment was clean, the bed, linens, and towels are good, shower hot and drained and the fan worked, parking was easy except an address on the back side would help the first time. Neighborhood is ok with bars and restaurants and a Starbucks within easy walking distance, even at night. Close to downtown but a little out of walking distance. You can bring your own TV service or internet tv is provided. "
