"First time to this area. Many hotels and cabins avaliable. This is the only one actually on the water. It's essentially a house boat so small like an RV. But very clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped. Can fish off the back deck. Also well located to explore the area. Would stay again. "

"Definitely upgraded since 2021 our previous stay. Steps and lights made easier to get to boat house which made it great having our boat on the lake. Long curvy road only negative. That said, certainly would stay there again. Owner accommodating for our unexpected late arrival. "

"Family girls trip. Just the place to relax by the water. Plenty of beds. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of linens. Very peaceful place to stay. Private and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"This was our second time staying at this property and once again, it was everything we hoped for and more. The house is wonderfully maintained, very clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need for a relaxing visit.We came to fish, and the peaceful setting made it the perfect place to unwind after a day on the water. "My hubby and I enjoyed our stay at this great property. Beds were very comfy, place was nice and clean, and had everything we needed, which made us feel like home. From our property deck, we enjoyed the sunset view. Josh was very nice to let us use his boat house, where we enjoyed fishing and relaxing. We're planning to go back to this amazing place! "We all really enjoyed our stay. Very clean! Great views. Plenty of boat parking. Plenty of space to dock your boat. Close to anything you need. Nicely located on the lake where a short run could take to great fishing holes. We are already booked for next year. "

"If you want to get away, this is a great spot near Lake Guntersville. The owner was very responsive during our stay and was willing to work with you to make your stay more comfortable. I appreciate the overhanging for boats or cars at the side of the cabin. Everything was clean, and kitchen had enough cooking wear for make good meals for the family. I would stay here again!"

"This was probably the best Vrbo we have stayed at! It was very clean and updated, the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked extremely well, the property manager was great with communication and did I mention the view?? We will definitely be back!"

"The home was great. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that to get to the beds on the first floor, you had to go outside to get to them. We didn't use those. Also, I and my wife have bad knees, and the steps were a little tough. But overall, our stay was great"

"Location was great! Cabin needs some renovation, a/c can’t keep up in the hot weather. Layout is awkward in the bedrooms etc. Beds need new mattresses. But all in all we had a nice time.Biggest negatives- needs A/C Mini splits in bedrooms and new mattresses. It rained the last two days which helped the cabin stay cooler."

"Exactly what we needed for the gurls family getaway. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. There were 8 beds and multiple couches that could have served as a sleeping spot. This is a BIG place that just kept gping on. The pool was wonderful as was the hot tub. Pool was heated which was nice as it was a bit chillier than we had hoped outside, but we really wanted pool time. We had a great stay. "
