"We loved everything about the hotel room and staff except for one thing, there is supposed to to a coffee maker in all rooms and we just got a kettle that didn't have a plug socket near by so you had to either plug it in on the floor or on the small bedside table. Its a small issue but having a coffee maker in the room can sway our choice of hotel. "

"The staff were all friendly and helpful, the room was clean and fresh. It was a great choice for us with a 6yr old in tow. Good value for money with a little choice for food next door on a budget. The parking was great and included, all you had to do was register your car at reception when checking in."

"We loved the colourful, quirky decor and the fantastic food. It's very convenient for Bingham station and Bingham is a good base for exploring the Vale of Belvoir. Very relaxing and friendly. The staff couldn't have been more helpful - really nice people. The room was really pretty and well appointed with kettle etc."

"Welcomed in nicely car parking very tight Food in restaurant outstanding - superb taste and good value Room excellent - better than last time I stayed -chose a better room ! On the negative then someone else parked selfishly in the carpark making it extremely precarious to get out - should have been stopped and was charged at dinner for something i didn't have - only noticed today "

"There was some confusion regarding the “breakfasts included” part of my booking on arrival. Reception paperwork indicated “room only”. I was asked to provide evidence and it was only due to me forwarding a screenshot to my partner showing bed & breakfast included, that fortunately I was believed. We had to change rooms due to a damp, musty odour in the initial room but were offered an alternative, which was much better. Highly recommend the Gluten Free options at breakfast. "We had a good stay at the property, staff was very friendly and helpful, bed was huge and very comfortable, comfy pillows too, nice specious room which was tad dated but was clean enough not to spoil our stay. Good pub attached to the hotel, great that it had little play area to keep little ones happy and on the day we arrived there was a bouncy castle which was huge bonus.
