Spacious Northern Retreat

You will love listening to the loons calling on the lake as you sip your morning coffee on the huge deck. Finish the day with a backyard fire. This modern house is steps from the shores of Beaver Lake. This well appointed house is developed on 3 floors and sleeps 7. The town of Lac La Biche is 5-7 minutes away, for groceries, state-of-the-art recreation centre, and all amenities. Load up the kiddos, the dog and the fishing tacle, and hook up your boat! Come on up to beautiful Lac La Biche County for a relaxing get-away! House has high speed internet, triple garage, air conditioning, and a Bar-B-Que on the deck. Its a quiet neighbourhood 2 km from the highway 881 (to Fort McMurray). Well-known park on an island, Sir Winston Churchill Provincial Park, is 15 km away.

Home base.

Wonderful home with all the comforts and amenities so you can enjoy your stay. Fantastic location to enjoy the Lac La Biche area from. Ruth is a great host, helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Amazing Home!

This was truly a home away from home. So cozy, welcoming and comfortable. The host, Ruth has truly thought of everything to ensure a great stay and has stocked the home with everything imaginable, right down to doggie dishes, toothbrushes, books and games. The pantry was even stocked with dry goods and spices/seasonings. The home is nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable and Ruth was very responsive to my messages, before, during and after our stay. I would recommend Ruth and this property 100 times over and we will be back!

Wonderful Christmas Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house over the Christmas break! The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet close to local attractions and shops. The house was beautifully furnished, making it feel warm and inviting.The amenities were top-notch. We enjoyed cozy nights by the fireplace and had all the kitchen tools we needed to prepare our festive meals. The spacious living area was perfect for family gatherings, and the bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed.The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing detailed instructions and local recommendations that enhanced our stay.Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations for a holiday getaway. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home during the festive season!

Perfection!

Stayed here a weekend with some family and everything was absolutely perfect! The house is very spacious as shown, the teens liked the bed and bath in the furnished basement. Lake access was very close and nice for canoeing. Gorgeous views from upstairs! I would 100% recommend and rebook it.

We highly recommended this property for your stay in this beautiful area. The host is amazing and the house and amenities exceeded our expectations. Located in a very quiet neighborhood meter away from the lake this property is excellent for a nice and relaxing retreat

Beautiful home in Beaver Lake Community

This large beautiful home was perfect for our family to share to attend a family wedding. The beds were comfortable and everything was provided as described in the listing. The host was accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Terrific place

This site has everything you need. 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, all linens, full kitchen. Host communications are prompt, personal, and professional. Large driveway for both our boats with trucks attached.
