"I really enjoyed our three nights at Getaway. First, it was easy to get to from Gint Saint Peters and also from Gent Dampoort train stations. It was really quiet our whole stay and the kitchenette was helpful. The place is really close to downtown and we got a lot of walking in to all the sites in Ghent. "We stayed in the Suds & Soda apartment. Perfect for the 2 of us and the dog for 2 nights. Fantastic location with wonderful cafes, restaurants and bars all on the doorstep plus it's a really easy walk into Ghent centre. "

"Excellent location.Being Sub street level resulted in noise from passing footfall and traffic. Apartment very clean and the filter coffee was a bonus. Points for charging mobile devices not particularly well placed and bed & sofa very low. Although bathroom had new fittings you had to squeeze past the sink unit to access the shower. Perhaps a smaller sink unit would help. Surprised that to pay by credit card you had to be sent a link by the proprietor as there was no facility to pay at the...

"Met zijn veertienen in een oud antiek huis. Oud is het zeker maar wel schoon bedden waren keurig opgemaakt .We hebben weer veel gelachen gedronken en heerlijk gegeten. Keuken erg goed uitgerust waardoor we een heerlijke mosselmaaltijd konden maken. Ook ruim voldoende tuinmeubilair zodat we van de Zeeuwse zon en het landschap konden genieten. En op Zeeuws Vlaanderen voldoende mogelijkheden tot had maken van uitstapjes."

"Obwohl als tiny cottage beschrieben, ist dieses Haus extrem gut durchdacht und mit großen Fensterflächen versehen. Dadurch wirkt es sehr geräumig und luftig. Gardinen rundum sorgen für genügend Privatsphäre am Abend. Es wurde liebevoll, schwellenfrei und gleichzeitig praktisch eingerichtet und die Klimaanlage sorgt für angenehme Temperaturen Sommers und Winters. Parken kann man direkt vor dem Haus. "I am afraid we were disappointed by this property. The area was convenient and check in was well described and easy. The description however was misleading and it was fairly clear the details we had been given belonged to a different apartment in the house, as much had been made of the TV and there was none.Perhaps we should have guessed from the price, but the description strongly suggests a degree of luxury when in reality the accommodation has more of a hostel vibe and was not what my elderly...

"Lovely apartment with all the amenities, located on the edge of the tourist area. Close to transit and grocery. Check in was breeze, Internet was blazing fast. Bonus, a fantastic pub across the street for anyone looking for a wide range of Belgium beers. Good windows block out the street noise. Our host Anthony was great, went above and beyond, thank you. We would happily stay here again next time we're in Ghent. "

"Eine wunderbar ausgestattete, moderne und makellos saubere Wohnung. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Nähe zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle (200 m) und die hübsche kleine Privat-Terrasse. Die Wohnung umfasst fast das ganze kleine Haus. Die Treppen sind steil, aber dafür gibt es keine Nachbarn oben oder unten, was für angenehme Ruhe sorgt. Netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.
