  • Welcome to the Villa "Papillon" 200 meters from the beach. Architect's villa from the 50s brought up to date.

    The rental apartment is located on the 1st floor.

    A chic and warm atmosphere awaits you! Located in the heart of the seaside resort of Ronce-Les-Bains, you will find all amenities within a 200-metre walk. The exterior, where an aerial terrace, a plancha area and garden furniture predominate, evokes a "Charentais" style conducive to aperitifs with friends! The apartment for rent is located on the 1st floor.

    Apartment details:
    -1LIVING ROOM (Connected TV sofa area).
    -1OPEN PLAN KITCHEN (Fully equipped) .
    -3 BEDROOMS (2 bedrooms with 1 double bed 160/200) (1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90/190).
    -1 travel cot and 1 high chair are available on request.
    -1 walk-in shower room, single sink, WC.
    -1 gas plancha.
    -1 Veranda with a standing table overlooking the aerial outdoor terrace.

    No private parking. You can park for free easily on the street.

    -Free WIFI connection.
    -End of stay cleaning is a €60 option
    (if you want to do the cleaning, the accommodation will have to be left as clean as when you arrived)
    - Optional sheets/towels: 15 € / person.

    The payment of options is made on site, check or cash.
