La Quinta Resort Living with Private Saltwater Pool, Hot Tub and a Fire Pit! This beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath home (Lic# 65618) is perfect for a weekend getaway, festival weekends, or enjoying the beautiful desert weather for a few weeks while the snow accumulates back home. The large, open floor plan is very cozy and offers plenty of space for large groups or families. Located just minutes from Coachella, Polo Grounds, Old Town La Quinta, PGA West and countless other world class golf courses.

The home has many upgrades and has been tastefully decorated. The master suite is down stairs and has a large patio. The 2 guest bedrooms are upstairs 1 of which also has a private patio.

The outdoor space offers countless areas to take in the warm weather and the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and trees. The custom saltwater pool and hot tub are surrounded by lush landscaping and plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy the sun. There is also a fire pit when you want to enjoy some stargazing at night.

Puerta Azul also offers the following:
Tennis Court, Bocce Ball, Fitness Center, Pool Table, and Ping Pong. You also have access to 2 large community pools and hot tubs.

This is about as close to you can get to Coachella. Located about 2 miles behind the festival ground making traffic much easier as you avoid the major freeway crowds.

PGA West is only a 5 minute drive from here and offers access to multiple PGA caliber golf courses and practice facilities.

Also close to Old Town La Quinta, and La Quinta Resort and Spa for a day of pampering.

Puerta Azul offer resort like living with a Clubhouse, 2 pools and hot tubs, pool table, ping pong, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and bocce ball. Close by you will find PGA West which offers several world class golf courses open to the public.

The parking spaces throughout the complex are first come first serve. You can park one car in front of the garage as well.

Pool can be heated at $100 per day.

The pool is serviced by a pool man on Tuesday and Friday.

Gardener comes on Monday or Wednesday.

Music is allowed outside from 7am-10pm. Please be mindful of volume as there are city restrictions on decibel levels outside. Violation of this rule can result in a fine which will be the responsibility of tenant.

There is a one time pet fee of $100. Max 2. No pets over 35lbs.

RV or Camper Parking Overnight is not allowed in the community.
Smoking is allowed outside.
Pool heat is available at $100/day.
There is a $100 pet fee.
Music is allowed outside at a reasonable level between 9am-10pm

My wife and I were in La Quinta for the Ironman event. The place we stayed at was excellent! The location was great, and all of the comforts and amenities were provided. The garage parking was too small for my large SUV, but parking in front of the garage is available so it wasn’t an issue. The gated front entrance made us feel secure as well. Excellent property and host

We have stayed at this property several times and it is one of our favourites. We love the location and community and the property is very clean and stocked with everything needed for any length of stay. The outdoor area is large and includes a beautiful pool and spa and gas fireplace. John is an excellent host who responds very quickly to any questions or concerns. We will definitely be booking this property again.

December Stay

House was extremely clean and as advertised. Very reliable communication with John made the stay easy with check-in/outs. Great place to stay with friends or family. Lovely backyard. A wonderful quiet oasis

Our family (4 adults and two children under 4) spent a delightful week at this well equipped home in La Quinta. The house is roomy, well laid out and quiet. We stayed in the master on the main floor and never heard the grandchildren playing upstairs. The beds are comfy and firm and the towels were nice and thick. The high chair was very much appreciated along with the multiple options for blenders and coffee makers! We didn't visit the exercise room or use the communal pools or courts - our pool was more than enough for us to enjoy. The house has enough shade plus two umbrellas so you can actually enjoy the outside and not get fried by the sun. We totally enjoyed hanging out with our grandchildren at Villa Puerta Azul!
