The Space:
Beautiful 3 bedroom Villa located on the ground floor. Fantastic mountain views as well as tranquil views and sounds of nearby fountain. It is a very short walk to the main pool.

The living room has a flat screen TV located above the gas fireplace. Dual master suites, each has its own patio, fireplace, bathroom and private entrance. Both master bathrooms include a beautiful walk in shower and a large soaking tub. This property features 1 King bed and 2 Queens as well as a sofa bed in the living room. This villa includes a washer and dryer for guest use and the kitchen is fully stocked with essentials to make your stay comfortable!


Two dogs under 50lbs are welcome with a nightly pet fee and management approval.

Full Access to Legacy Villas Amenities including 12 sparkling swimming pools, a large fitness center, and clubhouse!

Enjoy plenty of newly installed EV chargers throughout the community!

Legacy Villas La Quinta

Bbq Didn’t work but property management came and re placed right away. Unit definitely needs some cleaning! Food on wall, dust on wood blinds so thick you can write your name on them dusty artificial plants, dirty fans! Location is great and amenities great. Property management easy to communicate with but definitely needs to monitor the cleaning service.

The location of the property is fine. Arrival and departure, communications were solid. The furniture and linens are in need of replacement. We had some problems with the televisions and some of the televisions appear to be from the early 90s. messaging with the property manager did not go well. There were two messages sent in the middle of the stay that were ignored. Overall well inside the property you just had a feeling that the owners just don’t care anymore.

Disappointing start to the holiday

The unit is centrally situated in Legacy Villas and is the fourth unit we've rented here. It is by far the worst we've seen. Housekeeping issues we encountered upon arrival include dirty dishes and cutlery, dirty refrigerator, dirty kitchen drawers, dusty surfaces, dryer full of 1/2 dried towels and washing machine mid cycle with towels. There were many insects. The owner of housekeeping service did return that afternoon to do some additional cleaning but management refused to allow them to come back during our stay to do a proper clean of the entire unit saying it amounted to a deep clean which aren't authorized to do. On top of this, the unit is badly in need of renovation. The mattresses and linen are well beyond the need for replacement. Management was accessible but claimed to be limited in what they could do. They did offer to let us cancel stay without penalty but we had nowhere to go as everything was booked during this peak season. The property manager did drop by some new towels, pillows and linen which was appreciated. In the end, we made the best of it. We enjoyed Legacy Villas and its great location as we always do.

Wedding weekend

We loved the tranquility that the surrounding grounds lend to this property. It allowed us some nice quiet moments away from the wedding activities each morning and to unwind and recharge at the end of each day. Perfect for what we needed. It was our second stay in the Legacy Villas and we look forward to returning in the future

Great Weekend Getaway!

We stayed here for a long weekend during the Thermal Desert Circuit horse show with our family and very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, well appointed and very spacious. Management was attentive and very helpful. Do not hesitate to book your stay here!

Weekend getaway

Loved the size and layout. Pools got a bit crowded but it was Labor Day weekend. Walls need a good scrub. TVs need to be updated. Overall great place to stay for a family with kids. Had everything you need and more for a short or long stay. The mountain view was amazing and the property was nice.

Relaxing Property

Great property for a family getaway. Feels like home away from home. Lots of kitchen items available for cooking. Walking distance to main pool was great and kid friendly play area is very nice and resort like. Recommendation to owner: Would update some paint on the walls of this property.

Gorgeous and convenient

We love staying at Legacy Villas. They have so many saltwater pools and dedicated shallow pools for kids, hammocks, cabanas. The rooms have great AC, full kitchens, large bedrooms and bathrooms. Our rental had an outdoor BBQ which was wonderful. We didn’t eat outside because all the patio furniture was so dusty/dirty, which was the only bummer, since the evenings and early mornings are quite pleasant. Would definitely rent again and would specifically ask for the outdoor areas be included in the cleaning fee.

Great location

This is our second time in Legacy Villas and the location was great for us. We would stay in this unit again. However, the unit appeared either unused for a while or neglected by housekeeping. Two pairs of shoes had been left in the closet and the outdoor patio furniture was absolutely filthy as it was covered in a thick layer of dirt. We saw units having their outdoor furniture hosed down between stays, so we contacted the property manager if there was a hose or cleaning products we could use. Our request was dismissed so we spent our own time scrubbing the furniture ourselves with paper towels and hot water from the sink (suggested by the property manager). We took pictures of the before and after; too bad we can’t upload to this review. Other than this, the visit was good and the unit served our purpose just fine.

Nice villa in a great property

The villa was spacious and comfortable (albeit a bit dated in furnishings) and the La Quinta Legacy is a charming, well planned development with lovely amenities.
