"A very hot day, arriving on bike after 70 km, everyone can see that we need to shower. We arrive early (try to bike before the Sun get to warm) The staff at check in inform us, that it will take 4 hours to make the room ready, and since we do not have a room we are not allowed to use the pool.
We have travelled around the world in 40 years, and not even in the least developed and poor part of the world m, we have experienced such an arrogant attitude. After we have asked several times during...
