The second bedroom on this level also features 1 French bed measuring 170 cm, a dedicated shower and WC, and opens onto the balcony. A combined kitchen and living room area is also located on this floor, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and includes a dining table with direct exit to the terrace. The main living and dining room completes the ground floor layout, featuring a dining table and satellite TV.

On the upper floor, 3 additional bedrooms are arranged to take full advantage of the panoramic views. The first upper-floor bedroom contains 1 French bed measuring 150 cm and opens onto the balcony.
