Very dirty, dishwasher backed up/not working smelled awful. Cups in cabinet dirty, knives had dried food on them. 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 7 of us !!!Terrible place, dirty. Spa broken, no pool table, host never returned our callDon't stay here

Areas of concernThe floors were dirty upon arrival - walking barefoot in the house you can feel the grim on the tile floor.The showers had hair from previous visitors You need to pay extra to use the jacuzzi The host reached out to charge for the pet fee. I paid the pet fee when I booked the house. The host reached out to provide evidence.The floors was saturated with dog hair from previous visitors. We ended up cleaning it our self.The dryer was not workingClose out requires you to cleanThere was a camera pointed at you at the pool. Although the house had some great aspects such as a good view, comfortable beds and it was spacious for our extended family, it had not been cleaned before our arrival. The bathrooms had dirty sinks and toilets, the refrigerator had food spills, the oven and stove top were not cleaned and we found dirty dishes in the cupboards. More important for our plans the jacuzzi was cold. We tried to make contact with the host contact who did not return our calls/texts until the second day. On the last evening we were there he finally showed up to turn the heat on to the jacuzzi. It never got hot just warm.

Beautiful home. Great location. Pool table shown in the photos is not there. It is an empty room. In order to use the hot tub you need to pay the owner 60 a day. This was not mentioned in the initial interaction or when we paid. There was a total of about 1 roll of toilet paper in The three bathroom house. No extra garbage bags. Hot water was turned off to several sinks including the kitchen sink. Water to the fridge was either turned off or it just didn’t work. No hand towels in any bathroom. 4 towels in entire house. No propane for bbq. There were false eyelashes in the pool my granddaughter found. False eyelashes! On the side as well. Dryer did not blow heat. We had to dry clothes on a drying rack outside. Master bed was broken. One side sank down dramatically. No blankets to speak of just throws on each bed. While the home was beautiful we have never had a worse experience. We pay the convenience of being in a home. We would have been better off in a hotel. To us, this was misrepresentation. Borderline dishonesty. Also there is nothing on the walls so there is a terrible echo throughout the house. Again if done honestly and as advised its a great home. Just was not an honest listing.

Very disappointed. The main reason I booked this house was for the pool and jacuzzi. I informed the host of that the day before arriving and she responded saying we have to call her so she can turn the jacuzzi heater on and then come back over to turn it off anytime we want to use it and it can't stay on long or it will blow up and if I'm unhappy about that maybe I should find another house. I replied saying I don't have time to find another house since we're arriving tomorrow. Annoying but okay. Then we get there and both the pool and jacuzzi were green with massive algae and smelled terrible so we couldn't use either one. I wish she would've told me that they were unusable when I informed her we wanted to use them because I invited my family over to visit so we could hang out by the pool and had to change the plan at the last minute. She also sent someone over at 8 pm on a Sunday night to look at her pool filter the night before we left. She could've waited until the next day since we were leaving so we could enjoy our privacy. I didn't say anything to her about the condition of the pool and jacuzzi because I didn't want to deal with her again so she was already aware of the issue. I believe that's why she sent someone over the night before we left.The beds didn't have sheets and the house was dirty on top of that. Also a lot of the electricity plugs didn't work and the lights flickered so we were afraid to use them and start a fire. Beware of renting from this host!
