"This property was just okay. I specifically picked this hotel for its location and the fact there were cribs listed on the site as ammenities. Upon check in, I was told they did not have cribs, nor did they have any linen they would give me for the pack and play we had to purchase. This was rather inconvenient and I would have picked a different hotel that included breakfast had I known the situation. The beds were rather hard, but it worked out okay for one night. "Ok, we stayed in 306-a handicap room, the bed was directly in line with the lighted mirror that came in automatically when you walk in the bathroom. Not great at 3am. Breakfast selection was good, just not kept refilled to meet the small number of people being served. That may just be an employee thing, but integral part of moving people along and happy customers. Overall nice place to stay. Front desk was great."

"VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH STAFF - our other trips were enjoyable- this one was deplorable. We arrived at 4:00pm on Friday evening. They put us in a room directly below the renovation of the 2nd floor. When the constant hammering began Saturday morning we understood, they said it would end by 3:30. I left the room I paid for until 4: 30. I returned hoping they were done. "Extremely clean and beautifully renovated room, parking was convenient. Staff were great, didn’t have any issues that required staff. Only downside was no microwave which should not be a problem for most people. Stayed 1 night before going to Channel Islands National Park through Ventura Harbor and this stay was close, cheap, convenient, and checkout was very fast"

"Do not judge the cover. That’s how I review. I’m very please with customer service attentiveness. I came early and the check was 3pm. He offered me for early checked in for $22 more with upgraded room. The room was very clear. It’s newly renovated I believed. The carper and floor was new and bathroom is very clean. There is refrigerator and can cook with microwave also. All lights are functioning. I will definitely be back and recommend to traveler."
