"The views and surroundings are nice.Unsafe as we found they had an emergency exit closed with a chain and lock on it and after days complaining they finally took the chain off..In general there was no feedback when putting in complaints about door staying open ,noise of music voices etc coming from kitchen extractor,room not cleaned one day,no hot water first day,toilet cistern etc etc"

"Nice Urbanisation area that is pretty and well maintained. A bit of a walk from Nerja town (2km from beach) but we like a walk! Easy parking but it was low season at Easter. Liked the Cave Bar; very friendly staff. "

"…das Appartement passt nicht zu den Bildern und der Beschreibung. In dem Appartement 101b das wir bekommen haben ist alles ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Nur das Bad war neu. Die Aussicht war dafür hervorragend. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß. Die Ausstattung ist sehr „Basic“. Ohne Auto geht allerdings nichts. Und die Nutzung der Liegen am Pool ist kostenpflichtig."

"Estancia excelente, en todos los aspectos. Apartamento muy bien equipado y limpio. A 2 minutos de la playa, aparcamiento en la puerta del apartamento. Mucha paz y tranquilidad en la zona. Evidentemente volveremos!!!"

"We stayed with our 2 children for 2 nights in these apartments and they were great. Very modern and spotlessly clean. The apartment was a bit small for more than a couple of nights but was fine for the duration we were there. Unfortunately we had to report a maintenance issue but it was sorted very quickly while we went for dinner. The automated check in was a bit clunky - but we got there in the end! Great place to say while in Nerja and would stay again. "

"Sehr schöne Wohnung und sehr sauber. Wohnung wird auch während des Aufenthalts regelmäßig gereinigt und Handtücher gewechselt. Auto erforderlich, da Anlage zwischen Torrox Costa und Nerja liegt. Zum "Kochen" benötigte Gewürze wie Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker etc mitbringen, da bei uns vom Vorgänger nichts vorhanden war. Zucker unbedingt mitbringen"

"Wonderful reception with a warm welcome. Staff were very helpful with a great command of English, which we greatly appreciated. The Studio was stunning, with views to die for. Spent many an hour soaking up the vista from the spacious balcony. Head down the stairs next to the pool and you are in the heart of the old town in a matter of 10 minutes. Laundry service available on the premises is a real bonus. The Studio is very comfortable and as described. Free street parking aplenty if you are...

Ondanks dat we vrij laat op de avond aankwamen nam hij alle tijd om ons rond te leiden in zijn prachtige accommodatie! Ook de communicatie vooraf was erg prettig!En wat een huis ! Binnen en buiten erg verzorgd, heerlijk zwembad , leuke hoekjes buiten om lekker te relaxen. De jacuzzi is een echt een must En dan dat uitzicht over de omgeving, over de heuvels, bergen in de verte en richting zee en de baaien...
