Ideal house to meet at 14/15 while maintaining your privacy thanks to the different spaces.

The house is located in front of the town hall square of La Gueriniere with all shops and restaurants less than 150 m away and only 3 minutes walk from the beach of the canteen (very nice family beach and not crowded in summer)

The main village of the island (noirmoutier en l'île) is only 5 km away and this is close to the It is very easy to do by bike by cycle paths almost entirely.

"Les Bains": it is the meeting of two houses, namely "Le Grand Bain" and "Le Petit Bain"
There are two kitchens and three bathrooms
"Le Grand Bain" has a very large living/dining room opening onto an open kitchen and a pretty landscaped patio.
Possibility to eat at 12 (max 14) around the living room table and 4/5 around the kitchen table.

A large outdoor terrace can also accommodate 12/14 travelers around a large garden table (tables and chairs released from the beginning of March to the end of October).

"Le Grand Bain" has two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms on the first floor as well as a very spacious entrance, two bathrooms and separate toilets.

"Le Petit Bain" has its own kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a mezzanine with its 140 mattress ideal for children who love this little cabin above the kitchen!

The two accommodations are communicating or can be separated since a door separates the two and can be locked.

When you rent "Les Bains" you have the entire house at your disposal.

I make cleaning mandatory at the end of your stay (120€) and there is the possibility to request a service of sheets & towels provided for 13€/person.
For sheets and towels, it is in addition and I will let my cleaning lady know who will welcome you in the premises if it is a request from you (payment to my cleaning lady directly).

The house is non-smoking but there are several outdoor spaces.
