"What an amazing find close to the airport! Edward was proactive in communicating and very hospitable. He picked us up at the airport and took us to our rental car the next day. Our room was spotless, spacious and minutes from the airport. We did not explore the area as we arrived late and left early the next morning. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if in the area. If you need an inexpensive clean room, this is the place to book. "

"The views were spectacular, and the pools were very pleasant. The restaurant was wonderful. We were there at a hot time of the year and there was no A/C, but plenty of fans and shade. Be aware that the road up is rough. "

"Great place to stay if you arrive late or are heading to airport early, as it’s only 5min drive. The owner can arrange transport to airport for 15$. The house was very clean and exactly as described, would defiantly stay again."

"My family loved this property. Very nice, clean, modern. A bunch of amenities. Pots,pans, coffee maker, espresso machine fryer. Hairdryer. Too many to name! Very family friendly! A beautiful view. Owner has very good communication. Love 😍 love"

"VERY Clean and helpful, I arrived an hour before check-in and was able to get my room right away. City Mall, Wal-Mart, and restaurants are within walking distance. "

"I like this place because it was so close to the airport and not real expensive. We only stayed one night so we could catch our plane early in the morning. At first I wasn’t sure how safe the area was when we first pulled up but once we stayed for a little while and watched the people walking around the streets we realized it was very safe. Perfect for what we needed "

I was not satisfied with the cleaning, when we entered the suite we inmediately notice dirty floors & counter tops of kitchen with stains plus humidity smell of towels in spite of having a dryer inside the suite which apparently the cleaning personnel does not use! "We thoroughly enjoyed Diana's Atenas home. Leticia and Darwin were wonderful resources and became friends. It was such a joy to sit on the verandas, enjoy a cool drink and soak in the fabulous views. Leticia was welcoming and a source for all things wonderful. Darwin was very attentive and made sure everything was always right with the home and surrounding areas. "

"Roads fun , 4 wheel drive not required to get there, but to go most places of adventure would want high clearance or 4 WD , though locals don't. Mountain views stunning weather most days beautiful til 4 or 5 then rain. Pool great , common area phenomenal. All necessary things supplied , very safe , saw parrots and Capuchin monkeys big troupe, iguanas. And you will see lots of types of insects. Mostly outdoors, mosquitoes no issue but we kept spray handy and on. The pictures are real, the town...

"It was perfect for me due to my requirements. The host replied quickly to any questions I had during my stay. This was much better than I expected and for our filming requirements. 10-15 minutes to airport, 45 minutes to Poasito, 2 hours to Jaco. It was like a home away from home."
