  • Beautiful studio of 28m2 (refurbished) with air conditioning. Located in a luxury residence inhabited all year round in the heart of the residential area of the golf course on the edge of the pond of the Ponant. Private parking and swimming pool (open from 1/06 to 15/09). Tastefully furnished and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction hob fridge/freezer).<br>The living room consists of a bedroom area with a real comfortable bed (fold-away) equipped with a top-of-the-range mattress. The living room area equipped with a sofa with coffee table and flat screen TV cabinet. The two spaces are separable by a double curtain. Plenty of storage space. The living room is extended by a 15m2 terrace not overlooked and an 18m2 garden. Wi-Fi internet. . Private parking.

Très bon accueil avec toutes les explications, logement, très propre rénové, très rare de trouver un tel produit dans cet état et dans le secteur qui est juste formidable. Merci encore Anne Marie pour sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance,expérience. À renouveler.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d’une semaine dans ce studio, situé dans un cadre calme et reposant. La propriétaire, très accueillante et bienveillante, a contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous envisageons même d’y revenir.

Séjour super agréable

Moi et mon conjoint avons passé un super séjour, Appartement très propre, endroit calme et reposant, emplacement et accès aux commerces très pratique. La propriétaire des lieux est super sympa et très disponible et prends soin de se soucier du confort de ses hôtes. Nous ne manquerons pas de renouveler cette expérience. Sandrine et JC (Nord)

escapade au pays des manades

vous prenez un air de vacances, vous ajoutez une pincée de sel marin bien sur, trois gouttes de pluie mais pas plusépluchez l écorce des Pins et deux ou trois feuilles de palmiers vous mélangez le tout et mijotez pendant 3jours voila la recette toute simple d un réveillon improvisé mais bien réussi.

This is a modern well-equipped apartment with a view into a nearby pine forest. The golf course is about two blocks away and indoor and outdoor swimming with spa is walking distance. There a few cafes and a convenience store nearby. The convenience store has a good selection. Major grocery shopping is too far to walk. Will need car or bike with a backpack for your groceries. Picturesque location.
