Modern Lake Cottage - Amazing Views - 6 Bed/6 Bath - Boat Launch

Brand new beautiful 6 Bed/5.5 Bath lake home (5 king rooms) on Norris Lake with big unobstructed Southern lake views and a large indoor/outdoor space opening to our large patio with hot tub and fire pit via a 16' glass panel garage door. This house sits up higher on the second row of homes which provides spectacular lake views. Please note that this property does not have private or shared dock access, however there are daily boat rentals available at 3 nearby marinas. We provide a golf cart for use in the neighborhood.

*The Sugar Hollow Marina Water Park is open with daily/hourly passes (see video)
* Huge game room with 65" TV, Pop-a-Shot, Ping Pong, Cornhole, Game Tables
* 2 Icemakers, 3 Refrigerators, 2 laundry rooms, 8 TVs.
* Very close to the popular jumping bridge and a short drive to 4 fantastic marinas/restaurants (Sugar Hollow, Shanghai, Deerfield/Tiki Hut & Springs Dock).
* The popular Chapman Hill Winery & Deerfield Golf Resort are a short 5 min drive
* We are 30-45 mins from world class ATV trails (rentals and charters available)
* Great hiking, Cove Lake State Park, Norris Dam State Park, Cumberland Trail.
* We are 45 mins to an hour from Knoxville depending on where you're heading.
* There is a for fee concierge service for any grocery needs or special requests, we can provide contact info if needed.
* Free EV charging station (14-50 plug).
* Boat launch in neighborhood
* Daily boat rentals available at 3 nearby marinas

This is a NON SMOKING home. Minimum age 27 years to rent. If this is a corporate event, please contact me for consideration. Service dogs are allowed. Rates are only accurate 6 months out, if you want to book further out, please contact us for accurate rates. We do have an outdoor camera that monitors the parking lot. No parties or large events. This property does not have private dock access at this time.

Beautiful and Spacious

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at this beautiful home. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed to cook a delicious Thanksgiving feast. The open floor plan was perfect for our family to gather and spend quality time together. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. We highly recommend this property for family gatherings.

Lake Norris - 2024

Beautiful home and fantastic lake view. The rec room on the lower level was our favorite hang out spot to play card and video games. Also used the basketball game, corn hole and ping pong table quite a bit. Enjoyed smores around the fire pit. The golf cart was awesome in regards to getting back and forth to the dock. Drive not as steep as other homes we have stayed in. Highly recommend!

Great house with amazing views!!

This house was perfect! Beautiful views. Very well equipped for our large group of friends (12) that have been renting on Norris Lake for 4 years now. Very nice amenities. High quality appliances, and outdoor furniture! The kitchen is very well set up and we were able to all dine at the table together. The “patio” off the garage was put to good use by our group. Fire pit, hot tub, grill etc. All with an amazing view of the lake. The use of the golf cart was a necessity as our dock was down the hill across the road. Really helped us get our supplies to the front door and to our boat. The golf cart was also high quality. Very nice property and will rent this again.

Norris 2024

Excellent location. Beautiful lake. House is in perfect condition with many extra features including duplicate refrigerators and dish washers. Indoor/outdoor living area fantastic. View perfect. Owner communication is some of the best I’ve experienced over 10 years of VRBO rentals. Highly recommend

Beautiful home and amazing views!!!

We loved this home, and it was beautiful, well decorated, clean, and with amazing views! The golf cart was definitely needed and a bonus, as well as the use of the owner's boat dock! The boat dock had paddle boards and kayaks, which was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked. It also had two fridges, an ice maker, and two dishwashers! The garage/sitting area opened up to their beautiful patio. The area was stocked with many fun games - ping pong table, pop-a-shot, and they provided inner tubes for the lake! The beds, pillows, and sheets were awesome! The only thing I would suggest is adding thicker comforters on the beds, as the ones on the beds were not warm enough. All our family members said this. Or add a more oversized extra blanket for the beds as the extra ones in the closets were not big enough for the beds. The owners of this property were fantastic to work with, and they took our calls before our arrival as we had some questions about boat rentals. They even called the marina for us to direct the marina on where to drop off the boat. They kept us well-informed on everything from start to finish and gave us local venue suggestions, and checked in with us regularly. It made our stay even better. ☺️ We will keep this house in our favorites for sure as we plan to come back next year at about this same time and hope to stay here again and for the entire week! 🤩 Debra
