"This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay on Wellesley Island, NY. Tanya is a wonderful host - very responsive. We stayed 2 nights (Husband, wife & 18 y/o son). We really enjoyed the snack basket the host left for us - a very nice and thoughtful touch! The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook meals. We actually used the outside grill on the amazing outdoor deck to cook burgers one night. Although we don't drink coffee or tea, there is a very well-stocked area...

We got a service charge at the beginning, I never understood it as no housekeeping comes unless you call for it. We didn't use any so this should be returned. "We stayed in the Finch and loved it. Bed was super comfy and the shower is divine! I love the care and thoughtfulness that is put into every aspect of the cottages and the grounds. There is everything you need for cooking and a dishwasher! We brought our two small dogs, and we enjoyed exploring the property, especially by the docks. The fall decor is grogeous. Each cottage had its own pumpkin, firepit with supplied wood, kindling and Adirondack chairs, and outdoor table area. I highly recommend...

"Our overall stay was nice! The place was cozy, roomy and clean! Not to far from Fort Drum! Just a few inconveniences during our stay.To get to either one of the bedrooms you have to go through a bathroom. If someone in the bathroom you have to wait to get to the bedroom. The masterbath fan doesnt work and no deoderizer available so then have to wait longer. Masterbath showerhead sprays in all direction but down and the areas that did spray downward you were up against the glass trying to use it...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Sparrow" cottage. It was very clean and just the right size for the two of us. The entire property at The Ledges was kept up with the utmost of care. Situated by the docks made just sitting and watching boats and birds a delight. The location is very near the downtown area where all the restaurants and shops are.
