"8th Street Blues was great! Spacious and easy to get to. We took the Amtrak train into La Crosse and it was a very short uber to the property. It was also within 10 mins of downtown and the river, which was great for when we had some downtime. There was plenty of room for two couples and even space for more if needed. Would definitely recommend going forward!"

"The property is in the process of renovaton. The staff were helpful to deliver the needs of myself and my granddaughter and for that we are greatful."

"The house was simply wonderful and Signe was a gem as a host. We stayed for a couple of nights during our honeymoon and enjoyed our stay immensely! Classic china and silverware, old draperies and bedsteads and a beautiful little house in a quiet, homey neighborhood. It was lovely! Thanks so much!"

"Every year our group of college friends (6 women) do our best to get together for a long weekend. We went to school in La Crosse so it holds a special place in our hearts. This property was absolutely PERFECT for our stay. We were able to walk to our favorite restaurants and enjoy the river. This property allowed us all to be together in one space rather than spliting 2 hotel rooms. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well stocked! Plenty of dishes, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, towels,...

"The house is beautiful, clean and exactly as described! Amber was attentive and answered all questions/concerns as they came up. All kitchen supplies are there for you to use and the pool and hot tub were amazing. It felt like a home not just a place to stay. "

"This and many other hotels owned by similar owners have given the poorest customer service for online reservations. I ordered a room with a King sized bed, but was presented a room with two queens. They tried to make me pay twice even though I told them I paid through VRBO. That was an absolute fiasco. I could go on. It wasn't a nice stay. "

"When I arrived to check in there were no rooms available. I had messaged the VRBO owner to let him know that I would not be arriving until 11:30 pm and he said it would be fine. When i arrived the hotel was out of rooms and it was incredibly dirty. I have tried contacting the VRBO owner and he has said he will look into it. I had to pay an extreme amount to stay at another hotel on graduation weekend. "

"Amazing place! Perfect for our fishing adventures!Was clean, well maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. Great view of the river and marina. We docked our boat at the marina (just steps down from the front door). It was perfect for our stay where we spent the whole time fishing! Thank you."
