"This little house is very quiet which is nice because it is in a quiet neighborhood and in the very back of a deep yard behind the owner's house. There is another almost identical house next to the one we stayed in but separated by a big patio and there were no issues with this. "This was a fantastic place to stay for me and my teenage son for Spring Break. Spacious, quiet, clean and in a great location right next to Warner Bros studio on a quiet side street. Whole Foods and several great restaurants are less than 5 min drive or 12-15 min walk away. Parking included. We loved the peaceful backyard with morning sunshine and lots of chirping birds. A little oasis! "
