Large, cosy apartment in exceptional location near village.

Apartment for 8 people in chalet very well located 1km from the village (10 minutes walk) and 5 minutes walk from the slopes.
Comfortable Apartment, Warm, Independent in chalet.

Composition of the apartment:
- Large living room 30 m open kitchen with bar, table that can accommodate 10 people, living room with large corner sofa, TV, Wifi
- Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fondue, raclette)...)
- 3 rooms; 1 bedroom with a bed of 160, another with a bed of 140 and the last with 4 beds of 90 (not bunk). All rooms have large storage cupboards.
- 1 bathroom 1 washbasin, shower 80 X 80, washing machine, 1 bathroom with a sink and a shower 80 X 60
- Independent WC

You can park your car easily in front of the chalet, the village is 3 minutes by car. A stop SKIBUS is at the foot of the chalet to go to the village and the different departures of tracks. Ski closet.

Francoise est très accueillante, le logement est idéalement placé, parfaitement équipé.Placards à ski, domaine skiable accessible à pied et tout le nécessaire pour les repas d'hiver, c'est une adresse à ne pas laisser passer ! Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Grande pièce de vie, 3 chambres, très bien pour nous 6. Accès facile à la station ski par la piste l'envers à 5 mn du logement. Route 'étale permettant d'aller rapidement sur d'autres sites de ski.

Exceeded our Expectations!

This property was amazing! As soon as we walked In The home, we knew we made the correct choice. The host has thought of every detail for a comfortable stay. There was a short walk to the beach where we snorkeled and saw some amazing sea life! I would highly recommend to everyone.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. Le logement était d'une propreté impeccable, bien agencé et bien fourni. Le casier à ski était bien pratique. Nous pouvions aller à pied au village et être au calme une fois rentrés. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire.

Super Vacances, Super Appart!

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet appartement. Il est très propre, grand, calme, bien équipé et bien agencé. Françoise est disponible et à l’écoute pour les conseils balade ou toute autres questions. Le village est accessible à pied, le Pass expérience de la Clusaz permet de faire tout plein d’activités. Les enfants en ont bien profité, et nos aussi 😊

Spotless, spacious, cosy, well equipped, good location, photos don't do it justice

We stayed 2 weeks and the price per head per night worked out exceptionally good value in this property. Host lives in same block and is always happy to help. Close to Museum, 5 min walk to piste is not too bad at all, 10min walk down the road to fantastic village. The kitchen is well equipped for lots of meals in, we also used the raclette and fondue facility. The living area is spacious with large dining table and snug lounge area. Very cosy. Only one toilet in it's own cubicle but 2 separate shower rooms with wash basins made this ok. Parking out front. Secure ski locker just inside entrance of building. Highly recommended

Séjour à La Clusaz

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans cet appartement situé au 2ème étage d'une petite copropriété. Appartement très propre, bien agencé, avec machines à laver le linge et la vaisselle (très appréciable). La propriétaire, Mme PERILLAT, a été très accueillante. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente.
