The service at the pool was less than sub-par. No service at the table. Even at the bar, I had to give my order to 3 people. The first person gave me part of the order. The second person disappeared. It took more than 25 mins to get two drinks.

We had saw over 8 rooms and all the rooms were linen on the beds were dirty. The 3rd night got bite by bed bugs plus every night I heard loud banging and sawing noise no one told us the hotel was getting remodeled. The room was spotless and the decor was beautiful. The location was very convenient and the staff was friendly, in particular Marciello. The only downsides were that there was no hot water in the shower and the air conditioning vented onto the deck, making it really hot to sit on the deck.
