"We stayed in this beautiful cottage for a week and it was blissful. A bubbling river runs along the bottom of the garden and many an hour was spent sitting next to the river, sipping something cool and nodding off to the sound of the water. The host, Katherine and her two wonderful granddaughters were absolutely delightful and nothing was too much trouble. There are stunning castles galore to visit within a short distance and great restaurants too. We will definitely return. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home in Val de Loire. The house stayed cool despite the July heat, and the fenced garden was perfect for our two dogs. Janet has thought of everything, making it a peaceful and comfortable retreat. We can't wait to return!"

"Le propriétaire est quelqu'un de très agréable, très accueillant. Nous étions 4 couples d'amis avec 5 enfants (de 1 mois à 5 ans). L'endroit est reposant et magnifique. Le service est de très grande qualité (la maison est magnifique, les pièces sont très grandes, la literie est top), tout est compris (linge, draps, ménage en fin de séjour) ce qui rend le séjour zen. Les enfants ont adoré nourrir les animaux. Les parents ont adoré les soirées sur la terrasse, le terrain de pétanque, la piscine...

"This holiday was simply fantastic. The house was ideal for our family of six adults and a 1 year old child. Set in open countryside the property was easy to find, secluded, peaceful and the thick stone walls kept us cool in what were unusually high temperatures.
