"While our room had a view of a concrete wall (no joke!), we had to switch rooms because we didn’t have the pullout sofa we reserved and the pool was not in service (should Hilton not lower the price for a subpar room/service or give us credit toward a future stay? Remember when companies worked hard to keep customers happy?), we had a good nights sleep."

"Nice contemporary lobby and good location. Friendly staff. Ok gym. The hotel rooms feel cheap — furniture, no bottled water. On a hot day, the air conditioning system throughout the hotel was really straining. "
