"The room was very clean we were impressed by the layout , plenty of room. The staff were very friendly and informative. The breakfast was very good all we could ask for, well done to all the staff."

"We would not have booked here if we had known the Saturday breakfast was 9am to 10am. There is no information about breakfast times on the booking process. The TV was totally unusable as I do not have a modern PhD. I simply could not understand all this internet stuff. The Wifi speed was slow, less than 1mbps. Besides that, clean comfortable room, excellent real beer in the bar."

"The staff were amazing. Food and drinks top notch, beds comfortable, rooms well styled. Shower was hot! Yay!! Not too far off the Cotswolds way, I was able to walk there."

"Nice accommodation in beautiful surroundings and ideally situated . Dick the host was very welcoming and it was great having his dog Flo come chill with us for a while. Great breakfast too. Great walks for our dog and the grounds are peaceful"

"Good place"

"Great all round"

"I only stayed one night but I was very happy with the hotel."

"Beautiful old hotel in a quiet part of your country..room was clean. Only difficulty was lugging the suitcases up and down the stairs but staff helped...great staff..friendly and helpful"

"Geweldige locatie, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Goede parkeergelegenheid. Het bed vonden wij iets minder en schimmel in de douche had vermeden kunnen worden."

"Posizione incantevole, a pochi chilometri da Castle Rock e Chippenham, immerso nel verde. Camera spettacolare, curata e pulita. Ristorante con buona scelta e buona qualità, colazione di livello davvero superiore. Parcheggio disponibile. Davvero un soggiorno meraviglioso."

"Excellent quite property with first rate modern amenities but with old historic feel from the hard work by the owners to bring back a luxurious comfortable English Manor House feel. I will be returning in the future and enjoy the place. All the details gave me the best night sleep that I can remember."

"Lovely location. Close to other areas. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Food was tasty and a great selection of breakfast options. Parking at the Manor Hotel was easy and only a few moments walk."

"This place was in the most adorable town and made you feel connected to it. The hosts were phenomenal and if you’re lucky you might get a homemade chocolate cake while you’re there."
