"Great little hotel. Very well-located, right near the subway. I appreciated that I could just park my car (in the hotel's underground lot) and forget about it. The room was large and clean. Staff were pretty friendly. Nice little cafe attached. Grocery store across the street and loads of dining options. This place would be create for a longer stay."

"The Pierce Hotel was an excellent stay, comfortable rooms that are well designed and have everything you need. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to restaurants, shops, and downtown attractions. Overall, a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. "We loved our stay. The property was perfect for our family of five. It had great amenities, it was quiet and safe and there were lots of options for food within walking distance. "I rented for 6 days since my daughter was having an operation at Montreal Children's hospital and i needed to be close by and her have her own room she could rest in while she was recovering. The apartment was clean and the pictures are accurate. The grocery store is right around the corner, the pharmacy across the street from the grocery store and the dollar store is about a 7 minute walk. There are many restaurants with amazing food close by."

"My first time visiting Canada. Mehdi was a phenomenal host! He truly went above and beyond my expectations. Any questions I had were answered promptly and accurately. "Sam is an excellent host. He responds quickly and is proactive about any potential issues, which there weren’t any. The space was clean and provided the basic necessities. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked well, and there was never an issue with hot water. Sam’s kind nature and continuous checking in made for a very comfortable stay."

"The communication with our host was not proper. She didn’t let us know how to check in, we had to wait outside her house for 30 minutes, after driving for more than 7 hours and end up calling expedia customer care to get in contact with her as she didn't left any instructions nor she responded to my messages.
