"We had a mystery pile of rubbish under the bed, extractor fan didn't seem to work in the bathroom so it smelled a little damp and dank. If you need a place to be unconscious and don't mind other people's Pringle cans hiding under the bed it works but it isn't really sharp enough to be a business ..."
