Beautiful villa, spacious and bright, between sea and mountains

COVID 19: You will be able to cancel your reservation free of charge if you cannot make it to the villa due to government restrictions due to the Covid 19 epidemic (travel ban, isolation requested from arrival in Spain or upon return to your country of residence).

Located in Sant Jordi, surrounded by nature between sea and mountains and at 5 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Dorada, this beautiful and large contemporary villa is the property of the architect who designed it.

The spaces are generous, open and bright, finished and furnished with great taste, warmth and authenticity.

All rooms offer wide views on the beautiful garden and the private pool of the villa, which you can also fully enjoy from the large terrace overlooking them.
The large terrace is directly accessible from the large central living room, the dining room and the kitchen, where we shall gladly spend more time than necessary, as well as from the master bedroom.
Other terraces also adorn the villa and its rooms.
The small lounge, the open office and 2 of the rooms of the house overlook the large patio of the villa.

In the evening, the pool can be illuminated.

The villa has everything necessary to ensure maximum comfort for its occupants:
• It is fully furnished and very well equipped.
• Each bedroom has its own bathroom and its toilet, as well as a direct access to the terraces and to the garden.
• Guest toilets are also provided near the entrance.
• The kitchen is fully equipped, including an American fridge-freezer, a large gas stove, all the necessary small kitchen equipment and crockery.
• A laundry room includes washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
• A large flat-screen TV and internet are also available.
• Glazing windows and windows are burglar-proof and burglar alarm is operational.

The garden covers 3,500 m² and consists of lawn, olive trees, palm trees, pines, laurels, traveler's trees...

The dimensions of the pool are 14 m × 4 m.

Vacaciones

Hemos pasado una semana estupenda. La casa es.preciosa, perfecta para desconectar. Udo es.muy amable, atento y pendiente de todo. Hay que tener cuidado de no romper nada. El propietario nos ha cobrado 25 euros por una jarrita de café,,..incomprensible e innecesario!!!

Villa l’Amettla de Mar

The property details are accurate and the property owner communicated well. Udo, the property manager, went above and beyond to provide excellent help when we needed it. The Villa is beautiful and the grounds well kept. The pool is great and expertly maintained (my 6 year old granddaughter learnt to swim while we were there.Quiet location and stunning mountainous scenery. Lovely beaches nearby. We are a family of 7, over 3 generations, ranging in age from 3yrs to 62. Thank you for a fab holiday.

Très belle demeure et très beau jardin

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la maison qui est très bien équipée. La salle de bain pour chacune des chambres a été fort appréciable. Un remerciement spécial à Udo qui a répondu toujours présent très rapidement à toutes nos sollicitations.

It was a great stay, the pool is perfect

It was a great stay, the pool was perfect. Frederick arranged for Ude to get a cot and child's chair, which made things simpler for us. We only visited the local beach on the last day, and wish we'd gone there sooner as it was perfect. The house is beautiful, and well laid out. It was quiet and spacious. Everything was very clean. Our hosts were excellent. I'd highly recommend this villa.

Wow Wow Wow

Everything you see in the pictures is what you get, its as beautiful as it looks. Fantastic location for bringing your family and friends with lots of room for everyone. Great kitchen and there is nothing you will need that is not already there. This is not a party location for young people, its a family home in a quiet neighbourhood off the beaten track. You will need a car here to get to shops and restaurants. We will be back because a month at this house is not enough. The house is amazing but the host is the icing on the cake!!!! Thank you Udo for an amazing experience.

Tolle Villa

Wir waren eine Woche in dieser tollen Anlage. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Größe und Architektur ist sehr beeindruckend, aber auch gemütlich. Ein toller Urlaub und Aufenthalt. Vielen dank an Frédéric, wir hatten diese Woche eigentlich ein Jahr vorher gebucht. Corona machte das nicht möglich und wir haben einfach die Reise um ein Jahr verschoben. Ebenso möchten wir uns ausdrücklich bei Udo bedanken, der uns nicht nur wie Freunde empfangen hat, sondern auch jederzeit zu Verfügung stand. Ich wünsche ihnen alles gute und nochmals vielen dank.

Très belle villa parfaite pour un séjour réussi en Espagne

Très belle villa totalement conforme au descriptif. Propreté et décoration chic, de très bon goût. Jardin et piscine magnifiques. Environnement calme et loin du tumulte des grosses stations balnéaires. Propriétaire est très réactif et Udo, sur place, très accueillant et à l écoute des vacanciers. Excellent séjour en famille et amis.

Prima Haus,nah am Meer

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig.Man stört wirklich niemanden. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Küche war gut eingerichtet. Der Pool ist rießig und wir hatten viel Spaß in der großen Außenanlage. Die Sitzgruppe draußen ist groß und gemütlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt nur wenig was man kritisieren könnte.z.B. Das es nur in einem Raum eine Klima Anlage gibt, oder die Ameisen in der Küche. Aber wir können guten Gewissens das Haus weiter empfehlen. Was noch besonders Erwähnenswert ist ; die Nähe zum Meer. Mit dem Auto 5 Minuten. Dort gab es immer Parkmöglichkeiten und man hätte die Auswahl zu 3 netten kleinen Badebuchten. Herr Göpfer hat uns sehr freundlich am Haus empfangen und war auch sonst immer Ansprechbereit. Wir haben uns auch durch ihn und seine Frau sehr gut Aufgehoben und Informiert gefühlt. La maison a une excellente situation, et au calme. Toute la partie extérieure est très agréable. toutefois, le grill à charbon nous paraît dangereux en cas de vent, il pourrait être remplacé par une "plancha" à gaz, sans risque. Dommage qu'une seule pièce soit équipée d'une climatisation. Pour le reste, maison très agréable et à recommander. Gérald Steiner et sa famille (8personnes) .

Ideal für 2 Familien mit Kindern

Sehr gute geschmackvolle Finca, hochwertige Einrichtung, ruhige Lage an einer breiten Schotterstraße, angenehmer Kontakt mit der Verwaltung, kinderfreundlich. Wir können die Finca mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.
