"What a great week … as others stated the property exceeded expectations …. Nice and roomy.. Kitchen is super well equipped … checkin was a breeze as door code provided and easy entrance. Master has great view of lake and sunrise… 2 bathrooms with showers is a bonus… water toys and inflatables were great as was the hot tub … lots of comfy chairs on dock and deck…. Screen in room overlooks lake and is excellent for your morning coffee and reading time…Fire pit area is large and roomy and ample...

"Easy to find as it’s the first home just off the main road. That being said it can get a little noisy when the large trucks drive by. For the most part it didn’t bother us and you get used to it. Great lake for kayaking (not provided) we brought our own. The dock does have a ladder for easy access. We took our dog to the other end of the lake where it is shallow and has a sandy bottom. This is a public entrance area. Our son did some fishing off the dock and caught a nice size bass which we...

"Whether you are coming with kids, a dog, or on your own, this place has everything to truly disconnect from a busy life and reconnect with yourself and nature.When was the last time you were able to see starry skies? Go out the door and straight into a forest hike?This is the second time we enjoyed our stay here with our 3-years old Welsh Springer Spaniel.Highly recommend!"

"Great place! Had all the amenities. Very welcoming. Great location. Thank you to the host! Our family had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended. Easy access for manoeuvring our 24ft snowmobile trailer. OFSC Snowmobile Trail 179 was right out front. Hot tub was great! Beds were comfy. Very clean and comfortable. Dog friendly allowed us to bring our fur babies. Host was very attentive to all our questions. "

"The view is breathtaking. Easy access to nature for hike. The cottage itself was charming, clean and cozy. The owner was also good with communication and lovely. Would highly recommend. Zakia"

"I really loved how intimate this experience was. We had only one other group here and interacted only just enough to say "hello" in passing. There are HUGE berry bushes, lots of (tiny, harmless) wildlife, beautiful wild flowers, and trails to follow. On the downside, I was a little sad to discover that this space doesn't have a dock nor anywhere to rent watercraft. The advertisement somewhat led me to believe otherwise. There are, however, excellent rates nearby in Bancroft proper."

"I had such a great time at the cabin! Jenn, the host, was so easy to communicate with and super kind. I was staying in the area for work, but I plan to come back so I can really enjoy all the features of the cabin and the surrounding area! Thank you for such a great stay!"

"We stayed at ClamOnInn from Monday, July 14 to Friday, July 18, and had a fantastic time. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and comfortably fit our group of seven (two families – four adults and two kids aged 11 and 12).The host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.The lake was peaceful and perfect for families. Our kids loved the kayaks and paddle boards, and we felt completely safe letting them explore on their own....

"Our stay was okay however the property was quite messy and differed greatly from the online listing. The listing said there would be things such as wifi and when we arrived we were told we had to bring our own wifi. This did not majorly impact our stay as we still had a good time however it was disappointing to not have amenities that were on the listing."

"A beautiful picturesque cottage in a very quiet and peaceful area. Everything worked well, and was clean in every aspect. We didn't canoe at all as we're not really on-the-water people, but we enjoy relaxing by it...nearby Bancroft had everything we needed as well. Had a nice relaxing time."
