"Very clean and orderly. Everything I needed was there: a full kitchen with dishes, silverware, cookware, micro, stove, fridge, even dishwasher; towels, beds already made. Available Laundry room, free to use! Friendly, helpful staff. Private parking lot: just download app, book length of stay, can come and go with no hassle! Great location: Ten-minute drive to Westfield Täby Centrum shopping mall, and the Melanders Fish Restaurant; seven-minute drive to Restaurang Pont Hägernäs Strand, fabulous....

"I was so disappointed by how I was treated at the first hotel. The only good thing about my stay was the lady working the evening shift. She was incredibly helpful in every way whenever she was on duty.
However, the man on duty was so disrespectful and looked at me like a racist. Every time I went to get breakfast, he would look at me with a very annoyed face, as if I shouldn't even be in the hotel at all. Even the other guests looked at me like I wasn't welcome there or in Sweden. The guy...

"This property was very disappointing to say the least. Firstly we were given the wrong key to our room twice which meant we had to come down from the top floor with the worst and slowest lifts I have ever travelled in.
The rooms are very small and bed was very uncomfortable to the point that I had to sleep on the sofa which we found more comfortable to sleep in. The hot water in the shower was only Luke warm and shower recess very small."

"Love the vibe and feeling of the hotel.
The breakfast is a little basic for Swedish standards. A more simple grab-and-go style coffee machine is good quality.
The room is well equipped but super small. I am not a fan of the gold down bed. If the room was more comfy with a sofa maybe but a hard bench or a super high-in-the-air bed.
The bedding / pillows were just ok. I woke with a sore back.
The Kitchette is well equipped for the space.
The bathroom is super small.
I would go again but...

"It was a total mis match for us. The first sign of trouble was the 4 flights of steps that were narrow and hard to haul luggage up. The lock on the door to the unit was a padlock which didn’t have a marking as to where to line up the numbers. We reached out to the host but got no answer. Seems like a proper lock should be at the door to a VRBO rental. Once in the unit we experienced several issues. It was very hot, the hosts left no water- which we have always found in a VRBO and the hosts left...
