"Amazing place to stay in Kalangala. Such a comfortable and clean place to stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. As we stayed during the week we had the place to ourselves. Pool area was lovely. Food was delish! The forest activities were a lot of fun! It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature as well as the views of Lake Victoria! "

"I stayed 2 nights in a Mirembe cottage- my friend had the cottage next door and we had a dedicated outside eating area, from where we were served our food.We were served by James who was consistently courteous and efficient .We felt like film stars on a tropical island as we ate delicious food sitting by the lake watching a wide variety of birds - it was just such a treat!"

When asked for the room we booked we were shown an incredibly run down version of it in a building that was undergoing repairs so we opted for the room they initially assigned. It costs $50000 UGX to get a ride to town so we felt a bit trapped but I’m sure people accustomed to resorts are used to this. "Check-in am späten Abend dauerte lange, Schlüssel fürs Zimmer wurde erst nach einigen Telefonaten gefunden. Rezeption am nächsten Morgen zunächst nicht besetzt. Ansonsten alles ok."

"I had great time here. I stayed here for 2 nights, and I highly recommend this place for every traveller who needs a budget hotel close to the Entebbe Airport. The breakfast was delicious and was very filling. There was also a good number of options. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive to my needs. For $9, you can get a very delicious and filling meal. It definitely felt like home away from home for me. The bed was cozy and comfortable. The rooms were also okay for the price....

"The Frontiers Hotel in Entebbe provides a nice stay at an affordable price when arriving into Entebbe. The room was very clean & comfortable. The hotel staff is amazing and very accommodating to guests. The only negative comment is that the hotel isn’t very close to any stores by which to purchase snacks/drinks. The walk into Entebbe town is 3+ miles with lots of vehicular traffic zooming around. I recommend using a taxi or boda boda to get around."
