"Breakfast buffet was nice. Communicating with staff was difficult, as there were times where our included breakfast option was removed from the booking, and additional services were added that we didn’t ask for. Also asked for slippers from the front desk, but they never got delivered, despite the front desk confirming."

"Terrible experience and no hot water!!
There was no hot water from the first night and continuing into the next day. This meant the apartment was not usable as intended. I had to wash using cold water in the sink and rely on wet wipes, which is not acceptable for paid accommodation.
What made this worse was how it was handled. Compensation was initially offered at 15%, then increased to 30%, then 50% with a voucher, before later being reduced back to 15%. This inconsistency did not reflect the...

"Great apartment. The location is perfect, it was clean, had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. The stairs to the unit are very steep, just to keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Enjoyed our stay."

"Upon arrival we were told that an associate would take us to our apartment. After waiting around for 15 - 20 minutes I asked someone if they could help us. They showed us to our apartment. The apartment was bare bones. There were not kitchen towels or wash cloths. There was no room in the bathroom for toiletries. The kitchen table was an office desk. The queen bed has 2 very small pillows. And oh my goodness the spiral staircase was a nightmare! Thank heavens we were on the second floor...

"The property is in a good location, only a few blocks from Museumplein and a grocery store. There's even a luggage locker on the way to those mentioned places. Something I wish I had known before hand. My flight landed about 10:30am. So I "wasted" about 3-hours at the airport when I could have instead used the luggage locker and had lunch somewhere in the surrounding area. Two to three blocks past the museums and you're at the lovely Vondelpark. This property is further city center though...
