The unit itself is split over 3 levels. The ground level boasts an entrance hall, a large double garage with automatic doors and parking for an extra 2 cars outside the garage.

The entrance hall has a desk, for those needing to get some work done away from the action. A flight of steps leads up to the middle landing which consists of a guest loo and a large air-conditioned open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge that leads onto a stunning verandah with a gas braai, patio furniture and the roar of the ocean. The lounge has a super comfy couch and a smart tv. The WIFI router provides free unlimited WIFI to the entire unit.

One flight of stairs up and the sea view becomes panoramic. Here you’ll find three air-conditioned bedrooms, all with ample cupboard space. The main bedroom boasts a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath overlooking the sea. The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed and the third has a bunk bed and a 3 quarter bed. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom with a bath and a shower.
