ニセコ観光にこちらのホテルを利用しました。 秋の紅葉と自然を満喫出来ました。 ホテルはとても快適で、グリーンシーズンのみ提供される夕食もとても美味しく選べるメインにブッフェのサラダや副菜、ドリンクにスープ味噌汁と種類も多く食べすぎてしまうほどお腹いっぱいになりました。 朝食も種類があり北海道の野菜を使った副菜のザンギやサラダブッフェは本当に美味しかったです。 素泊まりでも当日追加出来るようでしたのでぜひぜひ、おすすめです。 お部屋はツインのお部屋にソファーベットのトリプルだったので広くはありませんでしたが、荷物も広げられましたし、洗面台にコーヒーセット、セキュリティーBOX、冷蔵庫など必要な物は全部そろう充分なお部屋でした。 ...

部屋・設備・ビュッフェ、いずれを取っても大変素晴らしかったです。 また、宿泊前にアクティビティや近隣の食事処などをご案内いただけるメールが届いた点も、とても良かったと思います。 全体的に、ニセコという土地柄もあり、日本人向けというよりは外国の方を意識したホテルだと感じました。 その前提で訪れれば、さらに評価は高まると思います。 一方で少し気になったのは、「布団を使うと追加料金」「これをするといくら」というような追加費用が目立った点です。 リネン扉に鍵をつけているように、布団入れの扉にも鍵をつけるなど、利用者の目に触れにくい工夫があれば、より印象が良くなると思いました。 ...
