"Nice location and nice stay. We only had a one night trip in March which we had to do with skiing. Central location for visiting the park This place is set up for skiers. Actually the entire town is, and this maybe one of the nicer ones judging by walking around town. It was roomy for the 2 and could sleep at 6 comfortably. The deck was nice and the kitchen. "The Grove Turangi accommodation was lovely, easy to reach and very clean. There was parking right in front of the place. Check-in was super easy and straightforward with clear instructions. The hosts were very friendly. As an extra bonus, there was a sauna, which we really enjoyed. All in all, it was a very nice stay and we definitely recommend it! "

"It looks like the place has been going thru renovations. The room has new kitchen and floor, may be carpet too. It is about 15-20 min. to the NP visitor center and many thrailheads and has restaurants and supermarket nearby. Since the room has full pane glass as wall and access door along the corridor ( much like patio door ) which allows full view of the mountains and also tenants walking on the corridor. For privacy, you need to close the curtain."

"We were not given the gate code, but that was sorted quickly. Location was fine. Enjoyed the trip's into Taupo and Acacia Bay. A coffee table would be handy. We made do with our "Chilly Bin". Nice to see Mount Ruapehu out the kitchen window. Nice tidy unit."

"The location was great for it's proximity to Whakapapa ski field, apart from the trains it was a quiet neighbourhood, with a playground nearby, and plenty of room inside.Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property let it down, it felt like it could do with a deep clean throughout the house. The dishwasher had a funny smell, there was human hair in the dishbrush (we went and bought our own for the trip), hair and other debris in the cutlery drawer and all the tea towels were smelly and dirty...
