"Outstanding lodge in a nature reserve with great facilities and friendly helpful staff. The chalet accommodation was spotless, comfortable and very well equipped, and the location in the nature reserve was great. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Only stayed one night, but wish we had stayed at least one more. Having said that, it was not cheap, but good value for what was on offer."

"The staff we checked in with were amazing. Our luggage had been left behind at Melbourne airport and the staff were so accommodating and helped us with supplies of amenities that we needed while we waited for our luggage to arrive. The staff"

"As first time travellers to Palm Cove we had high expectations but disappointed at the Aging of the Peppers Resort. Overall the resort is good but needs work and upgrades. Staff were very helpful and friendly. If you have difficulties with climbing stairs then choose a room with a lift or other."

"The room was super spacious, big comfy bed, really nice bathroom, had everything we needed and there was a pool! Also, there was a shared kitchen next to the pool, if you wanted to go all out and cook your own food, otherwise, you had the necessities in your room.
