"We stayed 1 week here. When we entered the room, the floor was dirty. Frequently, they did not provide towels unless you asked. When called for towels at 9 pm, they asked to wait until 10 pm due to unavailability of the towels. Twice, the water ran out because of shut electricity. When we called to complain, the phone also did not work. The room was actually quite nice and spacious for the price. "Pretty good but the 35% service charge and always getting wrong change was annoying. Bath was filthy. Good value however, if you don’t expect too much. I suppose that if you want quality you can go to the sister property next door."

"I stay here everytime I am Kupang. The hotel is perfect for me. Great lobby to sit and relax. Excellent front desk staff, housekeeping super great and great people the restaurant is also very good with very friendly and polite staff. Can't beat the pool or grounds. Very clean and inviting "
