"The only thing i can complain are the sheets and pillows of the bed. Comparing the perfect score i can give on everything else in this hotel. This is the only part that it lacks. You can leave all your toiletries at home, they even have that covered and not cheaply."

"This hotel was very good! The staff and cleaning was amazing! We especially liked the tatami bed, it was very very comfortable. You can borrow a nintendo from the lobby and this was a big hit for my kids. The staff contacted our next hotel and arranged shipment of our luggages beforehand."
