"Everything about this hotel is 5-star !
The check in was quick, friendly, and additional information was provided for the area. The room was super clean and the bed extremely comfortable.
Breakfast was very tasty with lots of choices.
We dined at their restaurant the second night, and the food was delicious, the wine recommendations perfect!

"This room has an outstanding view of the mountains. Also, we were able to use the free laundry (2 washers & 2 dryers) as we were on a long holiday. A 2+ night stay included a Welcome Pass that includes free use of the trains/trams/busses. This place is right in the heart of the Altstadt (Old Town) and Maria-Theresien-Straße."
