"Add is misleading. 1 room. bath shared w other guests on the floor, no privare bath. Same as kitchen. No towels change. Nobody cleaned my apartment during my 4 day stay. Heat operated 1 day only. Hair dryer not working. Kitchen sink loaded w dirty dishes. Garbage can full.Apartment is located in a street w prostitutes houses. Walking distance to touristic area.Disappointed. Won't recommend."

"We had a great stay! The room was just as the photos. There were towels, tea, a hairdryer, and a kettle. At the entrance, there were recommendations for bars, restaurants, and activities. The location is also great! What could have been better was communication prior to arrival. I had to fill out a long form to receive check-in instructions, and I also had issues with the instructions. Contact via WhatsApp was helpful and quick in resolving the issues."

"We had a great time in Ghent. The apartment was small but clean and newly renovated. The location was a buzzy student area with lots of bars and fast food outlets, which was fun, but could get a little rowdy on weekend evenings. Buses into the centre or to the train station were a few minutes walk away. (Different directions) The Belgian people that we met were kind hearted and generous of spirit."
