"Close to everything in the city just walking distance. Great breakfast and very helpful staff"

"Lovely two room suite with a view of the sea. Close to the old town and restaurants and bars. You have to call the front desk to get access to the garage and it is not well signed. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. The restaurant staff not so good. We were going to eat at the restaurant the first night as it was supposed to rain. We asked the man there where the non smoking area was and he pointed to the room with a large group of people at a table smoking cigarettes...

"Camera pulita, personale molto disponibile"

"Everything about the hotel is superb, talking about the reception staff; they beat my imagination."

Note by the bed to say this gift is especially for you - there was no gift so we had to ask at reception what was meant to be there, should have been given a lavender bag Had to ask for the bottle of wine which was part of booking through Expedia Magnifying mirror in bathroom useless - it's stuck on the wall so you have to lean across the sink to actually see in it Stationery folder in room had one moth-eaten postcard and pen marks all over it. Four complimentary...

"Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und macht insgesamt einen schönen Eindruck. An einigen Stellen merkt man allerdings, dass es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und bot eine gute Auswahl. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt."

"Pro- Spacious overall. Big parking lot. Many delicious fruit trees in a nice cute garden. 10 minute-walk to the old town. The staffs are really nice. The female cleaner seems to be overworked. Con- No napkins or hand towels in the kitchen. They forgot to clean the microwave door splashes. Some crumps in the silverware drawer. There is a washer but no detgent. The staffs are really friendly."
