Istrian house with an infinity pool and a sea view close to the beach

Charming house "Navis" with the infinity pool set in a quiet location surrounded by forests. It is located at the bottom of the mountain massive Učka with the Nature Park that beholds one of the most attractive lookouts in Croatia. From the house you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the island of Cres. Distance from the house to the sea is about 400 meters airline.
In the house there are two comfortable separate apartments. Each apartment has a kitchen, dining room, living room and two bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The upper floor apartment has a beautiful covered terrace where you can have the most beautiful morning coffee with a magical sunrise. In this apartment the inner stairs lead to a lovely romantic room in the attic.
From the ground floor apartment you can enjoy a direct view of the pool that conjoins with the surface of the sea. The advantage of the house Navis is that 8 + 2 guests can spend time together and share the garden or the pool and at the same time they can have the intimacy of staying in 2 separate apartments.
Baby bed and baby chair are at your disposal and they are free of charge.
In the garden, there is a covered terrace with the fireplace, barbecue and seating for eight or more. Near the beautiful swimming pool (36 m2), there is garden furniture and sun loungers for 8 persons. We offer you private parking spaces for 4 cars. Behind the house there is a room for doing laundry.
By idyllic walking through the woods you can come to the beautiful pebble beach in untouched nature (see the road and the beach in the pictures). The distance from the house to the pebble beach is about 900 m (20 minutes walk).
Cultural and touristic sites, such as Opatija, Plomin, Labin, Rabac, with a great gastronomic offer are located near the house (10, 20 and 30 min. by car).
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to owner's allergy to animal hair.

Das Haus ist einfach super! Eine wirklich super schöne und ruhige Lage, mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick, egal wo man gerade steht! Perfekt zum Entspannen aber auch nah genug an den nächsten Orten, in denen etwas los ist (einkaufen, essen, baden). Das Haus ist super modern eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts und über die Sauberkeit kann man sich nicht beschweren! Alles Perfekt!

Charmantes Haus mit schöner Aussicht und herrlichem Pool

Schöne Hanglage mit herrlichen Blick auf die Insel Cres. Für 8-10 Personen reichlich Platz. Durch die zwei Wohnungen hat jeder seinen Rückzugsort, falls es nötig sein sollte. Es war alles vorhanden zum täglichen Gebrauch. Die Erreichbarkeit war sehr gut, auch wenn die letzten 200 m Schotterweg waren, dieser war gut zu befahren.

Top Villa, sehr nette Vermieterin

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Anfahrt zu dem Objekt ist etwas grob (Schotterstraße zuletzt) aber die Lage einzigartig. Den Meerblick haben wir sehr genossen!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit zwei getrennten Appartments

Tolles Ferienhaus mit zwei getrennten Appartments. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit einer befreúndeten Familie sehr genossen. Das Haust ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus war sauber. Der Pool fantastisch. Die Beschreibung der Vermieter und die Fotos sind sehr genau. Der Check-in und -out hat reibungslos geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Wir hatten im Vorfeld Nachrichten per WhatsApp ausgetauscht und während des Aufenthalts kurz telefoniert um 1-2 Fragen / Details zu klären. Die Erreichbarkeit und Kommunikation war top. Die Lage des Hauses liegt sehr ruhig. Dafür hat man Ruhe und kann entspannen. Unsere Besuche in einigen Städten haben gezeigt, dass wir alles richtig gemacht haben und dem "Trubel" entgangen sind. Im August waren sehr viele Touristen da, Strände und Ausflugsziele sehr gut besucht. Die ca. letzten 100m sind unbefestigt, d.h. Kies und Schotter´, sind aber gut befahrbar. Mit einem "tiefergelegenen" Fahrzeug könnte es aber schwieriger werden. Die beiden Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe sind nur zu Fuß erreichbar - man kann mit dem Auto bis zu einem Parkplatz fahren und muss dann das letzte Stück laufen. Wir waren nur auf dem größeren Strand (Bobine Beach). Der Weg zu Fuß ist ca. 20-30 min und führt über einen steilen und engen Pfad runter zum Strand. Der Strand ist ausreichend groß und toll. Der Weg zurück ist anstrengend. Eine gewissen Grundfitness ist hilfreich ;-)

Amazing house on the Istrian peninsula

My family and I spent 11 nights at this beautiful property. It was perfect for us as our 16 year old could have his own space in one of the units and the rest of us took the other unit. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and stayed clean throughout our stay. We used it multiple times each day. And the view of the Adriatic is stunning. I took the trail down to the see most days. You have to be somewhat fit to do this, especially on the way back since it’s at least a 20 min hike all uphill. But once you get down to the see it is definitely worthwhile. The water was clear and warm. Everything we needed was in the house, and we had no problems with anything. The owner was very friendly and provided us with lots of helpful info about the area and things to do. While a little remote, there were still a couple of great restaurants a couple of minutes away in the little town of Plomin. If we ever return to the Istrian peninsula, we will definitely want to stay at this amazing property again

Wunderbares Ferienhaus in Top Lage

Der Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen. Das Ferienhaus war super sauber, hat eine gute Größe für größere Gruppen und eine traumhafte Lage mit Blick auf die Adria und Insel Cres. Die Terrasse mit gemütlicher Sitzecke und dem sagenhaften Pool laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Vermieterin war sehr sympathisch, und jederzeit zu erreiche. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Top ausgestattete Villa mit gigantischem Meerblick und top Vermieterin

Super ausgestattete, großzügige Villa mit tollem Pool und überdachtem Außengrill. Auch bei maximaler Belegung sind Stühle und super bequeme Außenliegen vorhanden. Ruhige Lage mit gigantischem Meerblick. Zwei kleine Strände sind, wie beschrieben, zu Fuß in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar. Die eingestellten Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität. Die Vermieterin ist so gut wie immer erreichbar. Ein kleiner Defekt wurde noch am Sonntag durch einen beauftragen Handwerker behoben. Besser kann man es kaum machen. Bei diesem Haus und dem tollen Service der Vermieterin bleiben eigentlich keine Wünsche mehr offen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Gut für die Seele

Unser Urlaub im Haus Navis, war ab Minute 1 Erholung! Wunderschöner Ausblick! Genialer, top gepflegtern Pool (nicht zu viel Chlor). Ringsum Wald mit Vogelgezwitscher. Zwei stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnungen, in denen jeweils 4 Personen ausreichend Platz finden. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und lässt keine Wünsche offen (Eiswürfel Kühlschrank!!!). Besonders gefallen hat uns der überdachte Außengrill bzw. die ganze Außenanlage. Die Kommunikation mit Vedrana war absolut Top. Wir hatten einen kleinen Defekt an der Markise. Nach kurzem WhatsApp Kontakt war am gleichen Tag noch ein Handwerker zur Reparatur vor Ort. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist gut beschildert, aber schmal und etwas abenteuerlich, da das letzte Stück vor dem Haus Schotterweg ist. Gut sortierte Supermärkte findet man in Labin, ca. 15 Min mit dem Auto entfernt. Es gibt 2 sehr schöne Strände in der Nähe, die mit einer kleinen Wanderung von ca. 30 Min., ausschließlich zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Wer es gerne ruhig und idyllisch mag und gerne die Seele baumeln lässt, für den ist dieses Haus absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Söhnen (19 und 20) einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Haus Navis verbracht! Die beiden Wohnungen sind sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool und die Aussicht auf die Insel Cres sind wunderbar. Wir haben die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sehr genossen aber auch, dass das Haus ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge z.B. nach Cres, Rovinji, Rijeka und ans Kap Kamenjak ist. In der Nähe des Hauses sind auch einige ganz ausgezeichnete Restaurants. Sehr wohlgefühlt haben wir uns zum Beispiel in der Pizzeria Burra in Plomin und besonders lecker fanden wir es im Restaurant Tri Murve in Krsan. Die Vermieterin Vedrana ist sehr nett, die Kommunikation über Whatsapp absolut problemlos . Wir können Haus Navis uneingeschränkt empfelen!

What a stay :)

This house is just beautiful. We, group of 5 friends, hand the best time. The communication with the owner was just so easy and nice. We highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxed holiday in a remote area as there are not so many restaurant around. But that’s no problem if you like to cook for yourself. The kitchen was really well equipped and had everything one need. We would definitely come back again!

Absolut empfehlenswert

Lage und Blick sind einmalig - ein echter Place to be. Das Haus ist bestens und liebevoll ausgestattet, auch die Küchenutensilien sind hochwertig. Die Bäder sind sehr sauber, Desinfektionsmittel und Seife standen überall bereit. Alle Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich sind klimatisiert, alle Fenster haben gute Insektenschutzgitter. Absolutes Highlight ist der Pool, der regelmässig gewartet wird, und sogar mit Wasserfall und Sprudlerdüsen ausgestattet ist. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, jederzeit kontaktierbar und hilfsbereit -wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Das Haus Navis liegt abseits von jeglichem Trubel und bietet damit eine tolle Atmosphäre mit traumhaften Ausblick. Das Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Eine wirklich entspannter Urlaub. Vielen Dank wir kommen sicher wieder.
